The hotel was beautiful. The staff, especially Ashley who checked me in and out was fun engaging and quick. The lack of carpet created a sound issue. The glass door in the bathroom never fully shuts. And ypu cant be in the bathroom with the light on and still have it dark in the bedroom part. The view of the trash dump was also a treat And last but not least. Your fancy toilets are awful. Uncomfortable. I felt like i was going to fall in. If i had been traveling with my grandaugter, who is 7, i would have worried about her falling in. Very poor choice. I

Fantastic hotel in KC! Front desk folks were kind and helpful, there’s plentiful parking in the gated lot, airy and spacious room, luxuriously scented bath products, and the cherry on top: a festive hot cocoa bar in the lobby! Charming and affordably, would book again!

Everything was great expect the fact that my room was dirty, dusty and the floors were sticky as they didn’t clean correctly. Overall everything was not bad however I don’t think I’ll come back due to the lack of cleaning.
