The clean was not up poor the vending machine the snacks chips all outdated the maintenance inside the building the carpet they don't vacuum every visit I have been there was poor they really need to upgrade the rooms more better sanitize they don't do in the rooms throughout the whole stay they really need to get it together inside the rooms I don't most of them doesn't work properly just throughout the whole building on the inside need a makeover clean properly and sanitize it shouldn't be that way but it is they need to clean and some workers to come clean cuz they do not clean I visit the hotel several times no vacuum food all over the floor in the hallway chips and everything cups paper all the visit there they really need to get it together

Pictures look great on line, but very disappointing. There were lots of short hairs on our dirty bathroom floor, tired looking hotel with a half dozen tables in the kitchen, missing half of the chairs. Limited breakfast with half of the juice available, no water, a display filled half full with white bread. We were in the lobby when a gentleman was telling the clerk that he couldn’t stay there, as he wouldn’t subject his family to those accommodations. We would have left as well, if there were other hotels available. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t return here. Very disappointing.

Black mold?
There was an awful stain on the wall above the window that I could tell has been there for awhile. Looks like black mold Also the underneath of the bed was so filthy and littered with random garbage. I didnt even stay here more than a few hours out of fear of getting sick.

Terrible service and stay in Kansas City
Check in was tedious, the clerk struggled to find the reservation. We were not offered 2 keys and had to ask. The toilet was not functioning correctly and when I called the desk twice there was no answer. My son had to fix it. Had great difficulty finding help when I needed it at the front desk. The clerks seemed very confused and when I checked out and explained about the toilet, he looked confused as well. There was also no fire alarm in the room it was very disappointing.

Burn holes in the sheets AND blanket on one bed. Badly stained sheets that looked like blood residue on the bed of the second room we booked. Both bathrooms had lots of mold on the ceiling and heavy grime buildup in the edges of the room. Light switches were extremely grimy to the point that I cleaned them with hand sanitizer before I would let anybody use them. One room, the beds were comfortable, but the second room, mattresses were very, very broken down and lumpy. In both rooms, pillows were flat as pancakes.. We asked for water, but there was none available. We chose not to have breakfast there, but the gentleman bringing out food and clearing tables was very nice and polite. The showerhead was so encrusted with calcium and lime deposits, it looked like it had barnacles. And cockroach on the wall in the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine..

Several things that needed to be used, it's not working properly, the bathroom door doesn't work, it couldn't be locked the air conditioner was making too much noise and it doesn't cool, down the room , the carpet was incredibly dirty, my child's pajamas were black with dirt, breakfast was limited in options to serve

You cannot beat this stay for the price - close to downtown, ample parking and very clean. There is a laundry very accessible for guests. Would stay there again.

Arrived at 1am room was hot and humid, broken highback chair - arm pushed over hanging off to the side. We immediately called the front desk - they said we won’t charge you for the chair. Couldn’t deadbolt the door but was able to flip over safety hinge. No maid service- we were there for four days didn’t see a one. Super soft bed, sheets barely fit. They did serve breakfast. Car was broken into in the parking lot.
