A nightmare stay
Our stay started bad since we walked in. As soon as we walked in it was very hot and humid. I am unsure if there was any A/C on in the common areas. The room we got assigned to would not open, we got moved to another room and i was not impressed. since it was so hot we turned the A/C only to find out that the A/C rattled like a generator. We were so tired that we just didn't want to switch rooms again so we just turned off the A/C. Never staying here again.

Family stay in olathe.
Beds were comfortable room had lot of room. Pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub could use another step to get in and out because it’s a pretty big drop. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Only issue we had was trying to get extra towels and they didn’t have any available but we made it work.

Overall the stay was great. I didn't like that the pool didn't have a bathroom in it. The pool towels were always empty.

This hotel was very convenient and right off the highway. Great prices too! It made it very easy to get to shopping places, restaurants, golf, etc. from there. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good and had a nice selection of items to choose from. The rooms aren’t the nicest. We had a king suite and it was a great size but the carpets were old, some stains and our lamp shade was broken just hanging there. Couch and chair were not comfortable and very worn. Bathrooms were clean but the sink area is super small for more than one person. The bed was not comfortable mattress seemed sunken in and very old. It wasn’t awful by any means but it could have been nicer. The main thing was it was clean, convenient location, nice staff, good free breakfast and nice food choices close by to get meals. I will also note the guest next door had a dog and I did not Know they allowed animals which would of been fine we like dogs but this dog barked every time The door opened or closed when his owners were gone. It wasn’t bad enough to move rooms but next time I will ask before I get a room by someone who has a pet.
