Our stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and there was almost always someone available. For the price, a breakfast would have been nice. My stay was uneventful, which is a good thing. The beds were comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the shower is fairly low, but workable. I really liked how they treated our pets. Very friendly place.

The property was decent for a one night stay. It's definitely more of a motel than a hotel. The quality of the furniture was low but clean. There is a big pothole on the side of the building when you are driving to the back parking lot, there were no safety barriers and could have easily been missed in the dark.

Liked having a suite with a separate bedroom. Very convenient to go to Kansas Speedway. Didn't like that the bedroom did not cool off like the main room. Seems to be not enough ventilation into the bedroom.

find somewhere else to stay!
our first room was very dirty, so we changed rooms immediately. The second room was not that much better. The air conditioner leaked so badly that our carpet was soaking wet. I had a very odd mildewy smell as well.
