The property was selected online by way of what was thought as a convenient way of getting around the area for which I was there for. However the photos on the site were perhaps a slight mislead. The bathtub had reminiscent of hairs left behind from prior guest. Speaking of hair… the salad ordered on first night of 3 night stay had a hair in which was only discovered at end of meal. Parking was over priced for the area of which entry gate was always left open for entry & exit. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites throughout the country & unfortunately this location was a first disappointment.

Front desk staff were very pleasant. The bathroom sink was plugged, maintenance did get there quickly to fix it. The shower was not very clean and the faucet was extremely difficult to turn on and we couldtnt get it completely turned off. The kitchen sink ran and we couldn’t get that turned off either. Staff was very friendly and prompt wi the service.

Didn’t find out until checking in that the property had an additional $50./ night service fee, and wasn’t told that daily room cleanup had to be requested. Nothing was posted to that effect either. Felt cheated at this property.

While the hotel was clean, all of the common area furniture was old and worn. The elevator and our room both smelt of cigarette smoke At breakfast, the milk in the dispenser had turned bad. When I told the staff they immediately changed it out. The food was just okay. I have stayed in Embassy Suites for many years and will continue to do so. I will not stay in this one again and will not recommend it to anyone

It was the worst embassy I stayed in. Had to pay $23 a night for parking. One elevator didn’t work so had at least a 10 minute wait going either up or down and carrying things I didn’t want to walk up 7 flights. I’m 65. Didn’t even know there was a parking garage until I left. The front desk guy just told me go around the corner there’s parking. I got there at night alone had to make several trips to get in and I was outside of the building in a parking lot beside the building. Had to walk a long way with my stuff to get in. There were always groups of people just right at the door you had to walk through with your stuff rude didn’t try to open the door for you with your hands full smoking marijuana. It was my scariest experience ever! And I know marijuana smell my husband is in law enforcement and I worked in the court system for over 30 years. I got to my room and stayed. It was awful! Couldn’t use a cart for my luggage as you could barely have room in the elevator for one person and a suitcase. We were packed in there like sardines because of the long wait time. I could never advise anyone to stay at this location.

The service was definitely lacking. The staff were unprofessional in looks and demeanor . I have stayed at this property many times over the years. It has not been kept up and is showing its age. Definitely not worth the price point.
