Loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was clean and quiet, I recommend a balcony room! It was nice to sit outside and relax after a long drive. The hotel is very nice, there is a bar & grill right across the street we highly recommend also! They have amazing food! That was another plus to our stay here. Only downside was there wasn’t a doggie area for our furry friends.

Great stay for the Chiefs game
We had an excellent stay! We were in town for the Chiefs game and would stay here again. Clean, friendly, quiet and close to places to eat and a free tram right out front to take to Union station and river walk. The one and only downfall is the parking. Paying top dollar for a room and then $20 a night to park is fine but when you have to park off site across the street and aren’t guaranteed a spot if you leave and come back is a little ridiculous. We were afraid to go anywhere our first night and come back to no parking spot which was already paid for. Thankfully when we came back from the game the second night it was okay. Otherwise this really is a nice hotel and would recommend.

We were in town for a Chiefs game. The hotel is centrally located and everything was in walking distance and the tram they have is right outside the hotel with a stop. Breakfast was great and the room was very nice.

Paying for parking is a bummer on top of an already expensive hotel but otherwise the stay was great.

Great Location..... MOO!
The Hampton Inn & Suites K.C. Downtown Crossroads is centrally located to all of the downtown K.C. events. I felt secure and the room was surprisingly quiet throughout the night. Parking is less than ideal, but manageable. The frontdesk associate during check-in appeared inconvenienced and should probably have stayed out of sight until she finished chewing her cud. Yes, with an air of being put upon she slowing continued to chew her mouthful of food while attempting to check me in.... That said.... this Hampton Inn did deliver on location and being clean and comfortable. Therefore, I would recommend a stay at this location.

The hotel room was above average as we as the staff. The unsupervised parking lot is not ideal as my truck was damaged by someone.
