Wish we would've known the pool was closed and the breakfast was NOT free so we couldve booked somewhere else, As traveling with kids that's one thing we were looking for which ended up being a huge disappointment when the room cost is already pretty expensive its a little ridiculous. Quite possible one of the worst hotel stays ever. Servers were down for over 12 hours, we were not able to check in! The room smelled like a decaying body. There was food and “medications” all over the carpet in the bedroom. The shower had not been cleaned. With that being said, the bed was comfortable and the Security Guard Melanie was fabulous. Would not recommend, a Hilton Hotel disgrace.

Floors were very dirty in the room especially under the bed (wrappers, bottle caps, dirt etc) 10 dollar breakfast buffet is expensive given the room was almost 200 a night. Water pressure in shower was okay but not great. Tv remote would barely change channels and buttons were not functional probably because it was a universal remote but still annoying. Sheets did at least appear clean and bed was comfortable. It worked for my business trip I was on but over all for the price they need to do better.

Over and above customer service
Mix up checking in. The hotel couldn’t find our reservation. Steven at the front desk, helped us get a hold of Hotel.com, since I couldn’t find their # on the WEB site. Steven worked with the help desk and they resolved the issue together. It appears the confirmation went to the wrong email address. The hotel itself was very clean, and only 2 blocks away from the 7th street casino. I definitely would stay here again. The service is wonderful all around.
