The staff is good and friendly. My family swam and use the hot tub an hour or so dried off and went to the bar for a drink waiting for my daughter to show up. Had a few drinks, and then when all was back in the pool for about an hour. The bartender and the night staff were very friendly and good service. Altogether a pleasant stay.

I thought Hilton had a higher level of reputation. This hotel was awful. The bed was so hard. We stayed 2 nights and requested maid service which never happened. The toilet backed up. The noise level at 11pm made it difficult to sleep. We had to call the front desk several times before they answered and then had to plunge our own toilet. Will never stay at a Hilton property again

Our room had a water leak coming from the ceiling over the bed. We called down to the front desk to inquire about a new room and they first stated they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything. After I told them it was actively dripping, they said they could put us in a new room with a smaller bed, we accepted because it was late and we had a long drive in. The replacement room was an ADA room. The shower was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and house keeping did not come at all during our 2 night stay. Aside from the room, the hallway carpets were visibly dirty and stained. Super disappointed in this stay, Hilton is usually great. We won’t be back.

Comfortable Stay with All the Basics I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with reliable service. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the standard amenities like a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, and a good-sized desk for work. The bathroom was tidy, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The amenities were adequate for my needs. The on-site gym and pool were nice additions, though I didn’t use them much. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to answer questions or assist if needed. While the overall atmosphere wasn’t particularly memorable, it was a quiet and convenient place to stay for my trip. If you’re looking for a straightforward and hassle-free hotel experience, the Hilton Garden Inn is a good choice. I’d consider staying again for its reliability and reasonable value. We stayed here for the Chiefs game. This was my loudest hotel experience. It started early by 7. Idk if they are doing construction or it was just the hotel staff. The cleaning crew seemed to take everything apart. It sounded like tanks were being built above us. My son who was wearing his noise canceling headphones could even hear it over them. The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Sioux falls the day before I stayed at this one in KC. They were like night and day. In KC the room was dingy, I could not control the temperature or bring it higher than 69 degrees in the room, the hot tub was warm not hot and smelled too strongly of chlorine. I used the hot tub in Sioux Falls also and it was perfection. Sioux Falls was a dream compared to the one in KC. Also the TV in KC only used Roku and channels were very limited and I did not experience this in Sioux Falls. Every Hilton should have cable period because we pay enough for this luxury in these rooms.

Very quiet. Pool was a little cool for winter time. But hot tub was nice. Rooms were very clean. Disappointed that breakfast did not come with our room.
