Great hotel for sports fan vacation
Very happy with our family’s 4 night stay at this hotel. Very clean room and facilities, renovated room was spacious and our son had a great L-shaped sofa bed with a half-wall separation with our bed. Staff very friendly & breakfast food and area were fine. Only 20 minutes from KC Chiefs & Royals stadiums. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hyatt Place Overland Park KS.
Have been coming to this hotel for past 5 years twice a year to attend a customer event. Always had good service. Upon check in around noon, was informed that there is an additional charge of $25 for early check in. NEVER had this ANYWHERE! Only one elevator working, and i was on 6th floor. Construction made parking very inconvenient. Will find another hotel to stay when i return in March!

Rooms are in good condition and quiet. You can’t hear every movement or noise from the surrounding rooms! This is a nice change from other hotels. Breakfast is available at convenient times. Staff were friendly.

Let's start with the $25 fee if you arrive early and would like to access your room, utterly ridiculous. There was painting and construction going on all over the property which was not disclosed at booking and the pool was closed for the year the first week of September.
