We had a very late arrival, our room was waiting with the gifts that our daughter had ordered for our 50th. Only complaint was our room was not restocked with coffee, no Kleenex the first day. Good fitness center. Good parking garage, same as when it was The Alemeda.

When we arrived back to the hotel, on Saturday night, the cigar smell in the lobby was extremely offensive. As my wife is allergic to smoke, we have no choice other than filing a complaint with the Clean Air Act.

Puzzled with concierge experience
Room was nice and clean, nice TV. Stayed on concierge level. Walked in concierge level 5:00, no one from hotel to greet us, about 20 minutes went by before any staff was available to get us a drink. The music was so loud and distorted, ear piercing. An elderly man decided to have a birthday party with his 12-13 friends, not sure any of the people were actually staying there. Very bizarre. Experience was haphazard at best.

Staff was unpleasant, old property that felt dirty/outdated, parking ramp outdated and felt unsafe, rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are gross (wallpaper pealing, stains on floors, grout on tile floor is black when it should be white.) Not a good stay and would not recommend or book again.
