Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings (NO RAGING/WILD PARTIES) or your own private oasis. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (unless other arrangements have been made). Grab a cool beverage from from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.

This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including two king, five queen and two full beds. If you have more than 18 guests, air mattresses will be provided!

Roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We had four families and really enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots, pans, and appliances.

Mike's place is worth the stay, we were able to enjoy the spacious home and didn't feel crowded. The bar and game room was a wonderful addition, we didn't feel the need to leave to be entertained. If you do plan outing, the location of this home is perfect. The beds were very comfortable as was the neighborhood and our fur babies. We plan to return when we can enjoy the pool and the outdoor area.

We needed a large home with several bedrooms and this place did provide that for us. We had a great time! Photos online are not updated. We were disappointed that it was not very clean. Stove was dirty, counters were sticky, bathrooms not clean. No hand towels in kitchen and one roll of paper towels provided. Response time was not the best either when I sent text asking where things were located. For the money we paid I expected a lot more.

This house was perfect for us to just relax, use the pool, basement festivities and hang out which we don’t get to do very often now. Mike and his brother were great to work with and communicate throughout the process and stay. This location in KC was central to our family in Omaha, Grand Island, Tulsa, and Kirksville. We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend. The swimming pool, fire pit, pool table, ping pong, and darts were all a big part of our enjoyable weekend. And, sorry folks, we're big Husker fans! Watching the Huskers beat UTEP in the outside patio was a blast. Strongly recommend, Mike was great with communication.

For us, the back yard was the highlight of this property. Despite 100+ degree temperatures, the salt water pool was actually cold and refreshing. The swings are a bit rickety, but it was great to swing under one of the many huge trees in the neighborhood.

Perfect In Town Get Away
This house was perfect for a long family weekend in town. Lots of different bedrooms for everyone to sleep in. The beds were comfy. I would bring extra blankets as the air worked amazing and most people liked it cool but some did not. The pool and outdoor area was our favorite. It was nice that they had a lot of pool floats and toys for us to use. Can't wait to go back next year!

Perfect for family reunion
Plenty of room for a large family reunion of all ages with lots of areas for all to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked for preparation of multiple meals for the group. The backyard and pool area was great for all ages - we swam, played games, swung on the swings at the fire pit, made smores and hung out and visited all weekend. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. One of the best things was the great communication with the property owner and his brother across the street - first class! I highly recommend this home and would stay here again without hesitation. The only negative things I would say is that a few spots could use a detailed cleaning (ovens) but those were very minor areas; otherwise the place was spotless. As with any home, there are some areas that could use some TLC (decking, swings, pool rails) but we were able to enjoy all areas with no problems. I would suggest providing pool towels. Loved this place!
