Great for KU Health System
Posted 16 Mar. 2023 on HomeAwayWe needed a place to stay within 30 minutes of the University of Kansas Hospital and clinics. We were very comfortable here. Close to restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out were easier than most VRBO locations!

Highly recommend the property, the customer service is ñacking

It is conveniently located near a grocery store and parks, the decor in every room is very neat and well-kept and all of the pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Unfortunately, this review is not five stars because of the customer service issues I experienced while at the property. This includes the first evening the battery in the thermostat died and our entire family was freezing. There were not enough additional blankets to keep us comfortable and when I reached out to the customer service representative they were incredibly dismissive of my concerns. I finally had to call the number listed and the gentleman on the phone was able to help me coordinate to have a technician come out to the property and fix the thermostat. Once they realized that there was an error on their end, they did offer an apology. On our second to last day we ran out of paper towels and trash bags, again I contacted the customer service representative and I did not receive a reply. As a result, I had to go to the store and buy more paper towels and trash bags to use while we were at the property. I do believe that the home is managed by a third party service, Unfortunately this leads to clients having to talk to multiple individuals, but they sign all of their messages with the same signature, therefore it is difficult to know if you were talking with the same person or to specifically address the experience you had with one individual. I would absolutely NOT stay here again based solely on my experience with the customer service, which is a shame because the property was so great!

Posted 12 Jul. 2022 on HomeAwayOverall the property was nice and clean. The one thing that would improve the stay is more towels in the bathrooms and linen for the pullout bed. There were only two towels in each bathroom and no sheets for the pullout bed.
