Room accessible by elevator. Keys went bad twice despite not stored by phone Room was comfy. Had ironing board but no dresser or closet. What were you supposed to do with ironed clothes? Breakfast was decent. OJ stopped working 1 day. No yogurt another day. No front desk clerk often. Bell to ring but door closed so nobody hears. Clerk sits at dining table so has to walk to counter when bell rung

The only problem was with checking had to wait 1/2 hour to check in. No one was at front desk or in building. Had an excuse but at that point didn’t care. Overall the hotel was great!!

Pop machine leaking on floor and no clean up from 3pm to 3:00 am when I walked by. Snack machine broken - but staff felt bad and got me a breakfast muffin. Musty rooms.

Overall we would give the hotel an average (at best) rating. One big negative for us was coffee related (paper coffee cups provided at complimentary breakfast did not have lids provided and in the amount of time it took us to walk from the lobby to our car in the parking lot the cups began to disintegrate, leaving a puddle of coffee on the dash of the car while loading luggage)

Easy access to hotel and manager on site. We paid for a King sized bed and received two queens. Manager was alone and when our keycard stopped working we had to wait 20 mins until he arrived back from an errand to get a new card. The hallways were grossly filthy, our room phone was dead. Our door had a 50 cent size chocolate stain on the handle, one sheet had a gross stain at the bottom and our floors were sticky and dirty. . Talked to manager and he politely told me when you purchase discounted rooms online, you get what you get.. Will not book here again.

There was no on-site management during my stay. There was a hostage situation where across the state evacuated the complete hotel and let us stand in the parking lot for eight hours and then with no management on site didn’t want to put us up at any of the adjacent hotels or next to it, left to stand in the parking lot for eight hours From 10 PM to 6 AM and then said there’s no management and no ability to get a refund and we did they didn’t wanna let us check out. Had to fight this through Hotels.com terrible terrible situation.

I booked through Expedia, and was told when I arrived that they didn’t have any of that type of room left (king bed) so they gave me two queens and charged me an extra $20. It sounded pretty shady, but I was tired and went ahead and paid the extra.

I was shocked to see how dirty my feet were after walking across the floor. The floors were hard surface, so should have been easy to clean, but they were very dirty. Breakfast was very limited. We had breakfast at 8:30on a Saturday morning. The biscuits were too hard to cut or eat, even after sitting in gravy. Breakfast was shut down at 9:00 am - this seems very early for a weekend morning.

Couldn't do paperwork for check in and had to ask for a receipt when checked in gave me a room thet was being worked on. The person doing the woek on the room went to get me another room and helped me move my stuff to the new room.
