Fine two night stay for mom dad and daughter.
Three of us stayed two nights at this hotel. The beds were comfortable rooms are clean very basic. The hotel itself seemed clean although it’s starting to show its age and could use a facelift. Customer service was fine and the complementary breakfast was average. The price is reasonable so I felt like we got exactly what we paid for

The staff was friendly but our room wasn't ready. No iron or ironing board although the front desk attendant brought one to our room promptly. The floors were sticky like they used too much cleaning product, the new furniture had the stickers from china still on it. All the amenities that were there were old, like the phone that looked very old but also didn't work. No alarm clock. Iron was older than my ancient one at home and the blowdryer was old too (although it worked great). It appeared the room had been recently updated but not made ready for a guest. What was put in the room (phone, iron, blowdryer) looked to be from 1982. One of the exterior door key card entries didn't work either. I am not picky (I know it does not seem like it) but I would not stay here again.

Pet Friendly Should Include Dogs AND Cats!
I’m not sure why some motels that allow pets, accept dogs but not cats. Cats don’t bark incessantly for hours at a time, they sleep all day and use a litter box. Thankfully, since we had made reservations through Hotels.com just because it was “pet friendly”, this motel let us stay even though they told us when we checked in that it was “dogs only”, they were going to charge us $35.00 per cat, per night. It is my policy to leave a place better than I found it, so the room was cleaned, by us, extremely well, before we left. I seriously doubt the motel could find anything to complain about allowing our cats to stay. I hope that with our conscientiousness about bringing pets will show all motels that cats should be as welcome as dogs any day!

The place wasn’t a complete mess. Overall, the experience met expectations; however, after a week, I still have yet to see my reserve return, and there shouldn’t have been any reason for them to hold it or keep it. I’ve tried calling, but every time I’ve gotten through, I’ve been told nobody is available that can help with my issue.

The room was fine but the breakfast was awful! No meat at all, cold potatoes, cold scrambled eggs but the biscuit was good. There was nothing to tell us what might be around that would interest us and nothing that showed the line up of channels on TV

Room accessible by elevator. Keys went bad twice despite not stored by phone Room was comfy. Had ironing board but no dresser or closet. What were you supposed to do with ironed clothes? Breakfast was decent. OJ stopped working 1 day. No yogurt another day. No front desk clerk often. Bell to ring but door closed so nobody hears. Clerk sits at dining table so has to walk to counter when bell rung
