Property has a weird and confusing layout with poor instructions given on where and how to access rooms. Front desk was not very friendly upon check in. Elevator was broken during the stay. Rooms are very run down and not worth it for the money. Definitely a step down from other Residence Inns I have stayed at. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. This will be the last time I book through Orbitz, unfortunately, as I had a need to contact customer service the evening before the stay and could not get through to a human for service. The hotel could not assist me with the question directly (I tried), and Orbitz had a 3 hour wait time for a phone inquiry. Unacceptable.

We had the suite, so it was really nice to have a bedroom with a door that could be shut-off from the living area, which had a couch with a pull-out bed. And then there was a full kitchen which we didn't really need for a 1-night stay, but would be great for an extended stay! There was some noise transference from adjacent units, you could hear people talking and someone had a dog that would bark occasionally, but it wasn't a big issue.

Location is incredible! Front desk was a very good and professional gentleman, the room was absolutely perfect! King suite, 130$ish, large, clean, full kitchen with full size appliances. Semi-private entrance, walk out the door and down a few steps and youre on a quiet street literally around the corner from all the activities. And able to park the car right in front of the room, full delicious breakfast included in the price. Room 126. Definitely recommend!
