This property advertised a pool, a fitness center, and a full breakfast. These are the three things we look for when booking a hotel. We got there and found out the pool was closed. The next morning, I went to the fitness center and all three machines were not functional. Then we went to breakfast and all there was was waffles and stale biscuits and stale cereal. We ended up having to go buy breakfast somewhere else. We were told there was no manager on duty and we heard other people asking the front desk and they were also told there was no manager on duty. For three days, no one was available. Also, the air conditioner and fridge in the room were so loud that it was difficult to sleep. I will never go back.

I slept on the same bed sheets for two nights, there were no change of sheets and towels. There was leakage from the top to the combo and combo was shaking and shower head was badly damaged too.

Tina was awesome at the front desk, quite helpful, energetic, great demeanor and patient. however, some of the linens were stained. The mattress covers was dirty and visible from the flat sheet. The view from my room showed a dirty pool partially covered and pool chairs stacked and broken. The room was clean and the breakfast area was clean as well. My main concern is with the linens and towels being up to standard at the location.

The new walk-in-shower is a great design...ONE MAJOR SAFETY FLAW...the flooring shows it has grippers for safety of wet feet...that is an illusion...grippers need added. Quite slick and dangerous for falls

It was a great location and great for a quick overnight stop. The shower was great, loved the curved wall. My issues included the strange smell when we came in, it says no smoking but it didn’t smell like smoke but something else like that. Breakfast was ok, we came down at 8:30 and there wasn’t much left. The picture above the bed had broken glass, that might need some attention. The bathroom light is on a motion sensor so every time I rolled over the light came on, would suggest shutting the bathroom door before bed.

Check in was easy. The room I was in was on the first floor adjacent to the pool. As I checked the room window I observed the latch was broke and the window could not be secured properly. I had to jam/rigg the legs of the room ironing board to try and secure the window as I had to go out and eat and take care of other business. I informed the gentleman who checked me into that room about the unsecure window. He told me the window had a latch. I informed him that if what he said was true , I wouldn't be having this conversation with him. I told him I would really dislike returning to my room and my personal property would be missing. I informed him that guest left rocks in outside entrance doorways to keep the door from locking and I kicked them away. The gentleman I figured wasn't aware. I informed him how I value my security and safety. I told him if I was on a higher floor it might be difficult for someone or somebody to gain entry without the use of a ladder. The breakfast was so so. The Property needs quite a few repairs and upgrades. Probably won't be returning for another stay.

Nice hotel. I had a very reasonably priced room on the third floor. The room was clean and updated, and I did not hear much form the other rooms. My only complaint was when people were talking in the hallway I could hear them clearly in my room. I think the doors need a seal under them as I could see light coming in from the hallway.

When entering the front door you are hit in the face with. Strong smell of pot. There was no ac in the halls or lobby so it was really hot. The toilet in our room was loose and coming off the floor. It was reported and no one seemed to care. The pool water was green. Breakfast was some rock hard biscuits and gravy or waffles. Overall, it was very disappointing
