While the staff was nice, they didnt follow through on any of our requests. We literally called or stopped by the front desk daily to ask for hsk and for new towels. Each afternoon returned to our room never being cleaned or given fresh towels. Ended up having to call again and many times we had to head to the front desk for clean towels.
The breakfast was the exact same everyday (5 days in a row) plus the 2 yogurt machines were broken the entire time. They would run out of fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy or breads and bagels and I would have to ask if they had more, some days they did some days we went without. Most days things were cleaned up before the end of the meal times, no oatmeal, coffee or juice 15min before end of service time.
The lobby coffee machine was hit or miss if it was working.
One of the elevator was also hit or miss as to if it was working.
The bathroom shower grout was moldy some places black and that orange color.
