The shuttle to/from airport and station is extremely efficient and easy to locate on arrival. Rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff are very efficient and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing - huge variety of western and Japanese cuisine. Loved our stay!!

This was a convenient stay at the airport for our flight the next day at Narita. We look Narita express from Tokyo to Narita airport then took the free shuttle to the hotel. We had dinner at Serena a la carte and it was a great dinner for our last night.

I stayed at this hotel twice going in and out of Tokyo. It is a very nice hotel. Perhaps a little basic but the price is right. Nice restaurant and breakfast is good. I think breakfast is sometimes included in reservation. Somehow I got it the first day, but I did not have it automatic second day. Not sure why but I assume I did something different or long. Staff is very helpful. For a quick overnight I would recommend it highly.

I had a nice stay at this hotel for an overnight stay to catch an early flight the next day. The laundry facilities and small stores on site were convenient. The food was great, the shuttle was perfect, and the personnel were all excellent. Thank you so much especially for a young staff at concierge desk who helped me fixed my tablet. I plan to return and stay here again.

this was the perfect place for us to stay overnight as we had an early flight the next morning. They offered shuttles to and from the airport which made it stress free. when we arrived at hotel the check in was smooth and the staff was very kind and friendly. clean rooms and shared spaces. would stay again if needed

Pros: Convenient shuttle to/from the airport, clean rooms, helpful and professional staff. Cons: There is 1 dining option (besides the Loblaws store), that was ridiculously expensive. And no cafes/restaurants around.
