You get this ocean view everyday!

Our unit offers the exact STUNNING DIRECT OCEAN VIEW you see in the big picture above. This picture is taken from the lanai. Some other units say they have a view, but you might have to crank your head to right or left to have a view!
Many guests have told me this view is better than oceanfront views because of the top floor and expanse of the view.

This is a great location for a couple. We stayed here years ago when it was a hotel and this is the second time we have stayed here since it was converted to condos. The location is convenient for taking trips to either end of the island.

Awesome Kaua’i Stay!
This property was in a great location- had an ocean view and could also see the pool/tiki bar. Very good area close to many other shops, restaurants, and activities. The host was very responsive and available as needed. Had a great time!!

I loved this condo! Not because it was fancy but the location was great. I took my son for his 14th birthday and we both loved it. The pool was great except the lights weren't working so it was closed at night. Also, don't think you can swim on this beach but it's wonderful to enjoy nonetheless. Swim-able beaches are less than a mile away, which was where we spent a lot of time. Bike rentals right there, food right there. I can't say enough about Ester...we had a 'bump' (totally our fault) and she was on it! I highly recommend!

My husband and I loved our stay here. The location and view were spectacular. The communication from the owner was outstanding. We had an issue with an extension cord and had a replacement within an hour even though it was a holiday. We would definitely return!!

Wow - peaceful beauty!
My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at this property; and would choose the same if we are able to return to Kauai. All the photos and descriptions provided by our host are very accurate and helpful. The view from the room and lanai is beautiful - very relaxing to watch and listen to the surf while having breakfast or just hanging out. We had everything we needed. The host is available to answer any questions. We very much enjoyed all the amenities. The pool is warm, and the surrounding grounds are lovely and well-kept. It was convenient and fun visiting the market and other stores and restaurants in close walking distance. This property is in a fantastic location. We easily drove to many beaches and sight-seeing areas. Such a fun and relaxing vacation staying in this quiet and peaceful unit. Much Mahalo to our gracious host!

perfect stay! perfect location!
My wife and I have stayed at Islander on the beach 7 times during the past 10 years, We keep coming back because it’s our favorite place to stay. There’s food, stores, and a farmers market within walking distance from islander on the beach. We enjoyed Making a cup of coffee in the mornings, walking down to the beach to watch the sunrise, you can also watch the sunrise from Esther’s room if you prefer. We always rent bikes, ride the 6 mile trail (one way) along the coast which starts at your room, browse the shops, then relax in the sun. There’s barbecues by the pool for grilling dinner. Islander on the beach is the perfect location for your stay in kauai, it’s located on the east shore, and an equal distance to either side of the island. IOB is wonderful place to stay. The grounds of IOB are clean, well maintained and security monitors the area regularly. Esther was an excellent host, her room was clean, with a wonderful sunrise view! hope to come back again!

Things we loved about our stay at this property: *The view and easy access to that view and to all parts of the island. *The people! We had great conversations with other travelers, unit owners, and the bar tenders at the inviting, outdoor bar and in the hot tub. *Conveniently close to shops, restaurants, services, groceries, and entertainment. *Our host, Esther, was attentive and accessible and she ensures that her rental is clean and ready.

Great Central Location on Kauai
This property was just right for our first visit to Kauai. Centrally located. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. A short drive into funky Ka pa’a. The property is as described, very clean, the complex is very well maintained and has security 24/7. Communication with Esther, the owner was seamless. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. 10 minutes from airport. Shops and restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Beach 1 minute away. Room and facilities very clean and safe. Pool cleaned every day. Hot tub drained and cleaned daily. Grounds are meticulously maintained!! Ester provided detailed info to make the stay easy. Condo is perfect location to explore the island. I will definitely be returning!!

Perfect Location!
We enjoyed staying here for a week. Literally 2 minutes to the beach, if that. Being on the east coast, we were pretty much at the half way point to go to the north shore or the south shore which we alternated all week. The condo was clean and we very much enjoyed staying here. It was perfect!

This unit is our go to place to stay when visiting Kauai. We enjoy the unit, the property, the location and have never had an issue during our stays. We had an amazing stay. We heard the waves crashing as we went to bed and woke up each day. The view from the lanai was incredible (sunrise is beautiful if you're awake). The location o the east side of Kauai was perfect for us as we wanted to explore all parts of the island. There's a coffee shop and a grill with delicious lunch and dinner right on the property, and a marketplace with more food and shopping options just yards away. Our host was courteous and responsive. The listing was accurate. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great condo, great location.
A week in Kauai for the 1st time. Perfect location for all of the island and local amenities. Condo was really lovely and had everything we needed including a great view. Wonderful unit. Beautiful view (just like the picture). Very convenient location. Attentive host. Maybe not the largest or most luxurious place you can find, but it has everything you need and the price is right. It was just perfect for me and my spouse for our 6-night stay. Nice clean condo with easy access to the beach and the many amenities nearby. We needed a few things attended to and Edith had her maintenance people take care of them promptly. We are used to a guest book in room rentals to help us get oriented to the space. However, Edith sent all instructions by email and we didn’t always have our phones so some info went missing. The kitchen layout is somewhat bizarre. Regardless, the nearby restaurants are so good that you won’t be eating at the condo. We had a wonderful time in Kauai and this place was a great base for our outings.

Wonderful unit and resort. Great beach, wonderful sunrise. Nice pool and hot tub. Great communication with manager. Cocoanut marketplace has a great assortment of food and shops. And the ABC store has a great hot and cold food area to take things back to your room pool or beach. Just steps to the beach. Town of Kapaa is close by for more dining and shopping. Great unit great resort great island.
