The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the SchleimĆ¼nde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.

FeWo mit schƶner Aussicht, aber.....
FeWo [Wonzimmer] zur Meerseite sehr schƶn, aber Schlafzimmer zum Parkplatz und EDEKA leider zu laut. FĆ¼r uns deshalb kein zweites Mal.

Schƶne, moderne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement. Alles neu, auch die Technik. Mit dem reinen Feriendorf waren wir nicht ganz so glĆ¼cklich. Kaum Infrastruktur, nur ein geƶffnetes Restaurant.

Sehr schƶne Wohnung, Top Lage.
Komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, Sauber und mit einer Einzigartigen Aussicht.
Das Einkaufen direkt nebenan, wo auch sehr leckere Fischbrƶtchen zu bekommen sind. Zu den StrƤnden sind es ca. 1,2km, oder 1,9km je nachdem welchen man bevorzugt, beide sehr sauber.
FĆ¼r Fahrradfahrer sehr gut geeignet, viele gute Fahrradwege.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend.
Das Ostseeresort Olpenitz hat eine schƶne Lage.
Leider gibt es nur sehr wenig Gastronomie.
Einkaufen von Lebendmitteln im Edeka-Markt gut.
Es mangelt an CafƩs und LƤden zum verweilen.

Tolle Lokation mit ein paar kleinen Schmunzelfehlern
Es ist schon eine Augenweide, den Blick Ć¼ber den ehemaligen MarinestĆ¼tzpunkt schweifen zu lassen und einmal kurz Ć¼berschlagen, was der ganze SpaĆ wohl gekostet haben muss. FĆ¼r jeden ist etwas passendes dabei und sogar Bootsbesitzer haben Ihren eigenen Liegeplatz. Doch wenn es darum geht am Sonntag morgen eine Kleinigkeit einzukaufen, ist Ebbe im Karton.
Hinzu kommt, dass ein italienisches Lokal den ganzen Gastandrang bewƤltigen muss. Da wƤre sicher der eine oder andere Gastronom gefragt, sich hier nieder zu lassen. WĆ¼rde einer ewigen Platzreservierung aus dem Wege gehen.
Was sicherlich den Einen oder Anderen ein wenig zusammen zucken lassen wĆ¼rde, sind die 300ā¬ Kaution, die vor Ort zu entrichten sind. Die sind bei Nichtbeanstandung zwar schnell wieder auf dem Konto, doch lƤsst die Forderung manche GƤste erstarren.
Last but not Least: der Architekt, der sich an dem Objekt, mit mehreren Fewos eines Wohnblocks gleich gegenĆ¼ber der Ladenzeile versucht hat, war sicherlich ein sonnenscheuer Mensch. Denn Sonne gibt's hier in diesem Appartementbereich so gut wie gar nicht, was schon ein recht groĆes Minus ist. Wer bitteschƶn frĆ¼hstĆ¼ckt nicht gerne in der Sonne. Da reicht auch nicht der tolle "WEBER"- Grill, der dann ja zum abendlichen Essen eine gewisses Flair ausstrahlen soll. Da fehlt Tante Klara nƤmlich ebenfalls.
Doch zu guter Schluss: lƤsst man die Kleinigkeiten mal links liegen, ist es schon ein schƶnes Urlaubsziel zum Entspannen.

Eine schƶne Auszeit
Wir hatten einen schƶnen Aufenthalt in einer schƶnen Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Da wir auĆerhalb der Haupturlaubssaison gereist sind, war es im Resort noch sehr ruhig, nicht alle Restaurants und Cafes hatten geƶffnet.
Unser Lage zwischen einem EDEKA und einem ganz ganz wunderbaren italienischen Restaurant "Ciao Bella" war perfekt.
