Beautiful new holiday home with a large garden

Very nice holiday home in Kappeln, with a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere.
Furnishing in a country house style, noble, with attention to detail. to feel good.
New building. Intended for 4 people. Approximately 70 sqm.
Facing south, 1000 square meters. Garden, large terrace. Table with 4 chairs, parasol, 2 deck chairs, beach chair, charcoal grill. Own parking lot and carport.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and water are included.

The House
2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a spacious kitchen, in which all conceivable devices are available. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. 1 smaller
Utility room with washing machine and a hallway.
The house is built at ground level and is basically barrier-free.
Dogs who are not lying in the beds and on the sofas are welcome to see us.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und fanden den Garten herrlich. Zum Hafen ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad nur die Hälfte der Zeit.

Perfektes Ferienhaus
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Den großen Garten, den man ganz für sich allein hat, haben wir ebenso genossen wie die ruhige Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Herrn Gericke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt !!!

Wir kommen wieder.
Das Haus ist mit vielem ausgestattet, was man nicht immer in FeWos vorfindet. Der Ausblick vom Frühstückstisch in den Garten ist wundervoll, die Wohnung ist hell und außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, was man braucht. Unser Urlaub dort war sehr schön, nur leider zu kurz. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Ein hervorragendes Objekt
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Objekt ist wie vom Anbieter beschrieben. Ein Traumhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Besitzer, absolut hilfsbereit mit Ratschlägen für die Umgebung. Über Ostern an der Schlei
Wunderschönes neues Haus zum Wohlfühlen auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Toller Garten mit Strandkorb, den wir sehr genossen haben. Von den Vermietern mit viel Liebe ausgestattet, auch was die täglichen Küchenutensilien angeht. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Wohlfühlhaus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; ein schönes Haus mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Fußbodenheizung war besonders angenehm, da ich meine Enkelin dabei hatte, die viel auf dem Boden spielt. Auch der große Garten ist sehr schön...und der Vermieter sehr nett!

Der erste Eindruck hat nicht getäuscht. Perfekt sauber und gemütliches Haus.Alles da, was man braucht. Herrlicher Garten ,super Ausstattung der Küche. Bequemes Bett . Zum Empfang gab es noch 2Gläser selbst gekochte Marmelade.

Herr Gericke ist ein Vermieter, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Zuvorkommend, höflich und an den Mietern interessiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir sind begeistert von einem sehr liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und mit einem Glas selbstgemachter Marmelade überrascht. Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral und in der Umgebung kann man gut spazieren gehen (auch mit Hund).

Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut gerechtfertigt
Das Haus ist einwandfrei. Sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir sind von Zuhause verwöhnt und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter runden die Wohlfühloase ab. Leider hatten wir in der Woche Pech mit dem Wetter, wo Niemand für konnte. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden von A bis Z! Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir erneut in die Region fahren. Viele Grüße Herr Gericke auch an Ihre Frau, deren selbstgemachte Marmelade wieder bei Abreise vergessen hatten.

Gerne mal wieder
Ein klasse Ferienobjekt. Wir waren zu zweit, 4 Personen wären möglich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Betten gemacht, Handtücher im Bad und für diese Jahreszeit war schon gut vorgeheizt. Es sind diese Kleinigkeiten, die es so charmant machen. Tabs, Kaffee, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Salz Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter und so vieles mehr. Dazu reichlich Parkplatz, Zugang zum Schuppen für die Fahrräder. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen und sich Zeit für dies und das genommen. Hier nochmal 5*****.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Kappeln
Dieses Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon mehrfach in Kappeln und Umgebung zu Gast. Das Ferienhaus der Fam Gericke toppt alles, was wir bislang gemietet haben. Die Inneneinrichtung mit weißen Möbeln ist genau unser Geschmack und gibt ein dem ganzen eine freundliche wohlfühlatmosphäre. Es fehlt hier an nichts, alles ist vorhanden. Ein Traumgarten zur Entspannung rundet den schönen Urlaub in Kappeln ab. Ein großes Danke an die Vermieter Fam. Gericke die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und für den leckere Willkommensgruß ein Glas Marmelade. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zum Schluß noch ein grosses Dankeschön an die Reinigungskraft. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Sauberkeit und die war hier wirklich gegeben. Vielen Dank für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal Ihre Fam. Schöner gemütlicher Bungalow
Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Kappeln. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann den Ort gut fußläufig erreichen. Der Bungalow ist schick eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind riesig und bieten viel Ruhe mit ganz viel Vogelgezwitscher. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt nicht draussen sitzen. Super auch der abschließbare Schuppen für unsere E-Bikes. Der Vermieter ist seht nett und immer bei Fragen und Problemen zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
