Great hotel
We have stayed in Swiss Bell Karawang for many time.. and as always we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room are clean and modern. Staff always able to accomodate our request to have connecting room as we are travel with family. Some improvement & maintenance could be made on swiming pools, waters a little bit murky.

街中のこじんまりとしたホテル
ジャカルタ空港から車でホテルまで移動したのですが、渋滞にはまり電話でチェックインが遅くなる事を連絡しました。結局、到着したのがＰＭ12時でした。 深夜にもかかわらず、親切丁寧対応してくれた。

カラワンの繁華街からは離れたホテル。
鉄道のカラワン駅から車で10分ほど。ただし流しのﾀｸｼｰは無いので、駅からはアンゴックかバイクタクシー利用となる。　繁華街から離れているので、周囲には小さなローカルレストランしか無く、 慣れない人はホテルで食事となる。 部屋と廊下の清掃が行き届いていなく、ちょっと汚かった。他は問題無し。
