Welcome to our 5 star ***** thatched luxury beach house. Let it all hang out in romantic setting, a stone's throw away from the beach. At this beautiful wide and sandy beach is about 300 meters in about 3 to 4 minutes. Our house is located in a beautiful very exclusive thatched house settlement.

The light-filled architect-designed house is equipped with real oak furniture from our carpenters. It is, with the establishment and improvement area to relax a harmonious idyll. A wood burning stove, sauna heated with 37 degrees outside jacuzzi and stylish furnishings provide hours of relaxation. The house has 120 sqm of living space.
The spacious living room with modern open kitchen offers plenty of room to relax. The 3 bedrooms (6 people + 1 infant) have large families or couples traveling together enough space. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage!
Sehr schönes Haus in toller und ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und hatten auch viel Glück mit sehr schönen Wetter. Für unser erstes Ostseeerlebnis war dies die beste Ausgangsbasis.

Ich könnte erzählen von dem netten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Oder von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Hauses. Oder von der ruhigen Lage. Oder von dem fabelhaften Pool im Garten. Natürlich könnte ich auch von der Unkompliziertheit und Freundlichkeit der Verwaltung vor Ort berichten, vom Strandkorb im Garten oder oder oder. Aber hey, ich bin gerade tiefenentspannt aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen. Deshalb schreibe ich nur: Sagenhaft!

Einfach super
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos wirklich phantastisch gewesen. Es sind ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand das man mit dem Bollerwagen, welcher bereitgestellt wird, super auch mit kleinen Kindern bewältigen kann. Alles in allem: tolles Ferienhaus und wunderschöner Urlaub.

Tolles 5-Sterne Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus in Karlshagen. Das Haus besticht durch tolles Design, einen sehr schönen Garten und eine ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Auch der Service von dem „Hausmeister“ vor Ort hat uns überzeugt.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Viel Platz innen wie außen, gut gepflegt und in ruhiger Umgebung. Komfortabel, Ausstattung/Anlage sehr überlegt und chic. Hausmeisterservice damit auch die Details funktionieren. Großer eigener Garten mit ordentlich Platz sogar für Ballspiele.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem phantstischen Ferienhaus !
Vom Buchungsvorgang über den Konktakt mit dem Vermieter, der Betreuung Vorort und natürlich dem Haus selbst, gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Im Gegenteil. Es hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon nach der Ankunft hat sich bei uns allen Urlaubsfeeling eingestellt und das blieb bis zur Abreise. Wenn es von uns aus nicht über 800 Kilometer einfach wären - wir würden dieses Haus mehrmals im Jahr buchen.

Edles Ferienhaus, sehr sauber, schön dekoriert, perfekt!
Das Ferienhaus hat bei uns allen keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das gute Wetter hat natürlich dazu beigetragen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und noch ein bisschen mehr. Das Highlight ist der beheizte Whirlpool. Wir haben dort jeden Abend ausklingen lassen. Zu dem perfekten Haus gehört natürlich auch der hervorragende Service. Sowohl der Vermieter Herr Wichmann, als auch der Hausmeister Herr Fritsche waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und außerordentlich freundlich. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen zu Gast und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns in kleiner Freundesrunde (3 Pärchen und ein Kleinkind) für 6 Tage kurz nach Jahreswechsel in diesem schönen Haus eingemietet. Die Kommunikation im Vorherein lief mit dem Eigentümer problemlos und sehr nett ab, auch kurzfristige Nachfragen bzgl. der Kinderausstattung waren immer in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einer neu gebauten und schicken Ferienhaussiedlung, nur 4 Gehminuten weg vom Strand. Der Außenbereich samt Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet und aufgeräumt, das Haus wirklich schön sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Hausmeister Herr Scheiba stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In näherer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkieten in Hülle und Fülle, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke. In der kalten Jahreszeit bietet sich zudem die Benutzung der Sauna samt Abkühlung im Schnee (sofern vorhanden) und abschließender Aklimatisierung im Whirlpool an - wir haben es sehr genossen! Ein rundum sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus - wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus für erholsame Tage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub an der Ostsee in diesem sehr modernen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin wärmten uns nach einem kalten Strandspaziergang wieder auf. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur ca. fünf Minuten. Alle notwendige Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe.
