Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!
Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Fina rum, skƶn sƤng. God middag och god frukost. Fick vƤnta ett tag pƄ service i restaurangen men trevlig personal. VƤldigt fint spa men vid kvƤllstiden upplevdes den varmare poolen och kallvattenbadet ganska smutsiga, flƶt runt mycket hudavlagringar och hƄr vilket syntes extra tydligt pga belysningen i dessa. Se ƶver rengƶring/filter sƄ fƄr spadelen hƶgt betyg!

Perfekt lƤge mitt i stan bland alla andra hotel. Parkering kostar en hel del dock, men orkar du gƄ 10min kan man parkera gratis pƄ helger och kvƤllar pƄ andra sidan jƤrnvƤgsstation lƤngs gatan. Hotellet Ƥr nyrenoverat, bra ventilation och bra storlek pƄ rummet. VƤlfylld minibar/kyl men alldeles fƶr dyrt, kostar mer Ƥn nere i lobbyn, hur tƤnkte de hƤr? Vi bokade via hotels och vi fick fritt spa, det uppskattas och hƶjer betyget. Det finns flera barer och restauranger. Den nere vid lobbyn har vƤldigt mycket folk, vƤldigt mycket liv, antingen gillar man det eller inte. Musik spelas pƄ kvƤllarna, sƄ lite ljud kan det finnas pƄ rummet. RejƤl frukost med allt det som en bra hotellfrukost brukar ha. Plus fƶr fƶr SPA (om det ingƄr, annars kostar det 300:- per person), frƤsch och mycket ytor pƄ hotellet. Bra sƤngar och ovanligt stor tv fƶr hotel. Frukost Minus fƶr priset pƄ minibar och andra tillval pƄ hotellet.
