I had two concerns, however what was highly commendable was i already informed them and they immediately texted me back and i feel like i was heard and that it will be fixed, so overal i was extremely satidfied and i would highly recommend them!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and modern. The check in process was seamless with very clear instructions that even included photos. The location was safe and only a 15 min drive to my vacation destination. Overall, the place was immaculate and clean. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, towels provided as well as a washer and dryer. I dropped one star because the couch was dirty from the last people who stayed at the apartment, looked like the cleaner didn't touch the couch. However, everything else was spotless and I would definitely stay with Kasa again.

We werenā€™t real sure where we wanted to stay during our visit to Wilmington. This was a nice centralized location with easy access to downtown, the beaches or shopping. The unit was clean and I appreciated have dish soap, keurig cups and laundry detergent provided. This is at a true apartment building with full time residents living there. I first thought was itā€™s weird, but ended up being fine. There is ice and coffee in the leasing building too. I would stay here again.

Just getting through a 14 hour drive to NC we had no idea what our Kasa was going to be like. We were extremely surprised at the apartment and how clean and nicely decorated it was. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was so easy to communicate through the virtual front desk. All responses were detailed and they got back to within minutes. We will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It made for a relaxing place to stay while visiting downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. I received all the necessary communication from the property to make check in and check out very easy.

The quietness and "off the major path" location of this property was exactly what I had in mind when I chose it. I need complete relaxation, and space to self reflect. I was very disappointed in the lack of comfort found in any of the furniture within my unit. Not a chair, or the bed was comfortable for my planned rest. I don't recall the last time I slept in a hard and uncomfortable "hotel bed" and I travel quite a bit. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Kasa as a place to retreat.
