This luxurious three-story villa is located on the top of the hill which enhances the magnificent view of Halkidiki. The second and third levels overlook the beach of Hanioti, and the entire second peninsula. The villa, apart from the unparalleled views, is characterized by its top quality of construction.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms in total. Inside the villa there are 3 large bedrooms, two of them are upstairs with sea view and one downstairs, a spacious kitchen with excellent quality home appliances, a comfortable living room and a dining room. The other two bedrooms are in a separate entrance so that can be served as guests rooms. All bedrooms are with private bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a large terrace with a Jacuzzi and panoramic views.
