Beautiful, clean, quiet, wonderful view!
We had a wonderful time staying here. The host, Jana, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - spare toiletries, a variety of snacks and drinks, and a very well-outfitted apartment. The apartment is very close to a train stop and grocery store, making it very easy to get downtown or any of the points of interest in Kassel. I would completely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kassel - you won’t find anything more wonderful than this!

Highly recommended! One of the best if not the best experience my wife and I have ever had!
As advertised, the apartment is large and super clean. I mean it is SUPER CLEAN. Also it is very bright because of the big panoramic window and the color scheme they used in painting/decorating the apartment. It is located in very quiet neighborhood which was very important for us as my wife and I are very picky and sensitive when it comes to noise. Apartment is equipped with all the modern amenities including the TVs, wifi, full kitchen appliances etc. But moreover, we as guests felt that we were in very caring hands. The feeling came from all the love and careful attention to the smallest detail our host put into decorating and organizing her place! Jana thought through littlest details her guests could have a need for. It was above and beyond all our expectations when we found pack of ear plugs and water bottles on the night stand by the bed, or set of emergency knitting kits in the drawers (which my wife once in a million years needed and it was there!!!), set of pens and notepads neatly stacked just in case, board games, Bluetooth speaker, tons of lighting fixtures, even sweets and chocolates (for those in urgent need of it), even small fancy chocolate was waiting for us on the pillows as we opened the covers of the bed!!! Jana Wenderoth, the host, made every possible effort, going even out of her way, to accommodate all our needs. And she always did it with a smile! Thank you Jana for making our stay in your place such a memorable and wonderful time! We highly recommend this host and her appointment to everyone!

Alles hat gepasst
Angefangen von der Buchung, bis hin zur Abreise war alles nahezu perfekt. Die Erwartungen an eine Ferienwohnung wurden teilweise weit übertroffen. Das war kein Standard, das ging in vielen Dingen darüber hinaus. Neben der üblichen Einrichtung einer Ferienwohnung, gab es da aber viele Kleinigkeiten, die alles noch runder und perfekter gemacht haben. Angefangen von einem Klimagerät, dass gerade bei den Temperaturen in einer Dachgeschosswohnung Gold wert war, so waren es aber gerade die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Angefangen vom Kaffee, den passenden Filtern für die Maschine (kein Standard), über zahlreiche Gewürze, Mineralwasser am Bett, eine Tüte Chips, bis hin zu Lesebrillen in verschiedenen Stärken. Um hier nur eine kleine Auswahl zu treffen. Zu einer elektrischen Fliegenklatsche gab es auch nochmal eine Tafel Schokolade. Mehrfach wurden auch frische Handtücher gestellt. Man könnte hier noch unzählige Dinge auflisten. Was aber noch zu erwähnen ist, ist zum einen die problemlose Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus und die Ruhe in der Gegend. Und dennoch ist man schnell beim einkaufen oder auch in der Stadt. Alles in allem eine toller Aufenthalt. Man kann sich in dieser Wohnung wie zu Hause fühlen. Vielen Dank für alles

Ein Traum von einer Wohnung
Es war alles da, es war blitzsauber und der Ausblick ist toll. Die Vermieterin war einfach nur nett und entgegenkommend. Besonders muss man hervorheben, dass an alles gedacht wurde, woran man selber nicht mal denkt oder was man gerne mal vergißt: Chips Schokolade Milch Kaffee Gewürze Ohrstöpsel Lesebrille Zahnbürste Zahnstocher Wattepads ... einfach alles. Mega! Wenn ich wieder nach Kassel fahre, immer nur doch diese Wohnung.

Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Weitblick
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, ist sehr gepflegt, geräumig & liebevoll eingerichtet. Den Gästen fehlt es durch die aufmerksame Gastgeberin an nichts, sogar an Lesebrillen ist gedacht. Das Panoramafenster bietet einen tollen Weitblick über das Wohngebiet bis zu den in der Ferne liegenden Hügelketten. Dadurch, dass das Fenster komplett zu öffnen ist, fühlt man sich wie in einem Wintergarten. REWE und Aldi sind 500 m entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man über schön geführte Fahrradwege schnell in die Innenstadt (E-Bike 15 Min.). Es ist die perfekte Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen sowie Fahrradtouren entlang der Fulda und Werra. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Lovely place in great location
We have stayed in this beautiful place for the third time now, and we always feel right at home. It is such a sunny and well-maintained apartment, close to everything we need. Supermarkets, as well as a great park to enjoy some quiet nature, are just a short walk away.

Besuch in Kassel
Der Aufenthalt war einfach super! Wir waren zu zweit da, um Familienmitglieder in Kassel zu besuchen. Die Lage ist top. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Haustür parken. Zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreicht man in wenigen Minuten alles was das Herz begehrt (Dönche, Bergpark, City). Der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend! :) Wir werden definitiv nochmal wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es ist gemütlich, hell,freundlich und wir haben nichts vermißt. Die Ferienwohnung (Dachgeschoss) ist gut eingerichtet und liegt gut , zur Markthalle, Stadtmuseum oder Innenstadt zb nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Aldi, Rewe und Rossmann nur zwei Straßen entfernt. Der Wohnraum mit Balkon ist super hell und geräumig. Betten sehr bequem. Im Bad ist ausreichend Platz, Toilette separat. Küche gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schlüssel über Code erhalten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei geputzt, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung nah an Stadt und Natur
Eine wunderschöne, saubere, helle Wohnung, nah an allem was Kassel zu bieten hat. Perfekt um in die Innenstadt zu kommen aber auch direkt neben einem grossen Naturschutzgebiet. Die Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend und in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt in toller Unterkunft!
Absolut angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer wirklich sehr schön ausgestatteten Wohnung, es ist einfach alles vorhanden was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht und man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und in ruhiger Wohnlage. Ich komme gerne wieder!
