Convenient for an overnight stay close to Split Airport, better than expected room as we had in mind a hotel room and it was equipped with kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine. However, could not take advantage of these as our flight arrived too late and check out next day was 10:00am Bus stop two minutes walk from the place cam save you 30 of more euros on a trip to Split

The room we stayed in was not as pictured. Very small room, not nearly as bright and airy as the pictures would suggest. Room was clean but walls were scuffed up, sheets had some stains and holes. I booked a queen sized bed and it was a double. It was fine for one night and is very convenient to the airport. Host was responsive.

The management that runs the property is super helpful in the check in process. Being in a foreign country can sometimes be stressful but they made the stay very easy. They informed me on the check in process via text that morning and allowed me and my guests to stay in one of our rooms later due to late night flights without extra fees. They were very friendly. The immediate surrounding area was hard to navigate as there wasn't sidewalk on the main road so you had to detour through the neighbor to get to some of the markets and restaurants, but the neighborhood is beautiful, and it's a short walk to the coastline. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Conveniently situated a couple minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is depressing. There is no soap nor shampoo in the bathroom. But overall good for a night before an early flight. It's new and clean.

The people were accomodating and we were able to leave our bags with them. Room was clean and was easy to catch the bus into old town. Was close to the beach and a few restaurants. Only a 5 min bus ride from the airport

I would really avoid this place, the shower barely works and was just a drizzle, the balcony door was barely closing and kept opening in the night. The toilet was totally clogged. I arrive at 8 ish and just wanted to sleep before my early flight but not having a working toilet nor shower made this hard. There were just cables and loose electric wires hanging from the wall which is very dangerous. Lucky I did not have kids here. There was no one to let know. This is properly one of the worst places I have stayed in. It's in real need of an overhaul. And when I message the agent and or manager they told me it was my fault.
