Newly renovated cottage. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 Double Bed ,1 twins’ bunkbed. 1 sofa bed, 1 queen air bed.

Long driveway can parking up to 13 vehicles, can also parking boat/ RVs.
BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace. Fire up the grill. Sit by the firepit.

Enjoy your morning coffee to the sound of loons or watch the sunset before roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

Enjoy access to both Mitchell Lake & Balsam Lake. These two lakes are known for its peaceful atmosphere, gorgeous sunsets and fishing.

9-minute drive from beautiful Balsam Lake Provincial Park, which has scenic hiking trails, a beautiful and clean beach with swimming, picnic areas and a kid’s playground.

5 minutes drive to pharmacy and grocery store, 10 minutes drive to Foodland where you can buy a variety of daily necessities and food.

Spacious cottage and outdoor living
The cottage was spacious and open to accommodate six adults with lots of space to enjoy. The water was accessible for kayak and paddle boarding or boating but a canal and no swimming very close by. The outdoor living space was generous and wonderful as another option with two deck areas, BBQ, and fire pit. There were some things that were not cleaned and the lawn was quite high and not been mowed for awhile with a bit of garbage left from previous renters. The wood was not stocked but we had just enough pieces for only one fire. The kitchen items were very lacking. Overall a great place but not with enough daily items for 6 people.

Long weekend review
Stayed here with friends and family this long weekend. The property has a great fire pit, nice area for lawn games, clean rooms and nice kitchen with a spacious feel. Ample room for parking. Only down fall was neighbour's on both sides of the lot were closer then expected. The water front was a bit of a let down. not ideal for swimming very shallow, weedy and mucky.
