The workers was amazing but our room the plumbing was bad our sink ended up getting clogged on the last day. We found cans in drawers from previous tenants. It was very gross.

A Good Week at Holua
The resort is beautifully landscaped and private and quiet. These are all attributes we much appreciated. The ladies at the front desk were always cheerful and anxious to be of assistance. It was a good week at Holua!

Beautiful landscaping around the area and plenty of amenities. Staff overall was wonderful also. Only had two issues during the stay that I reduced a star with: 1. Was supposed to get a welcome packet at the beginning and was never offered. Finally found out at the end that we should have had it and the person said there was no point in getting it anymore. Yet their sign at the desk said they gave Kona coffee and other items with it, that we still would have enjoyed. 2. The parking is really far from the overall buildings making it a long walk anytime you take your car out, especially for groceries.

Enjoyed amenities and large 1 bedroom condo especially glad for the washer/dryer and hot tub at each pool. Only draw back, it is not on the coast or beach.
