Licensed Studio King Bed + Heated Salt Pool + Hot Tub


THE SPACE:
Private Studio suite with separate entrance and 1 dedicated parking spot on the property.

An outdoor patio dining area with bbq and stove/searing station is just outside the unit (set up seasonally April - Sep)

The open concept studio has a king size bed with high end posturepedic mattress. A plush reclining sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. The unit can comfortably sleep 2 adults plus little children.

The unit has its own private washroom. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.

The well equipped kitchenette is equipped with a sink, duo Keurig coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, tea bags, sugar, splenda, salt, pepper and fridge/freezer. Also provided are plates, cutlery, wine glasses, mugs, bowls, cooking pans and utensils for the outdoor bbq cooking area.

The TV comes equipped with lots of sports, news and movie channels in many different languages in addition to roku set up (Netflix, Prime Video etc). For the kids and young at heart we have a wii and xbox1 set up with lots of different types of games for all ages.

The stairs outside the unit leads to the backyard where the private heated salt water pool (open May - Sep) and Hot Tub is located. Relax and enjoy the beautiful valley and lake views from our large viewing deck. The backyard in itself is private, surrounded by mature trees and backing onto a winery and ravine/orchard.

Please Note:
‘Write us a short note about your group and trip. The front yard and backyard are shared areas by our family. However we limit the use of the backyard and its amenities to give guests their privacy when in use. Pool, Hot tub, Backyard is only for people listed on this reservation.

Excellent stay
Arnab was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He also let us store our bikes inside. We enjoyed the pool, upper deck views, and nights in with the electric fireplace on.

Lovely and relaxing stay
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot. The place was beautiful and clean and the Swimmingpool and outdoor area very welcoming to hang out and relax. It's a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The hosts were super nice and the communication was excellent. We can only recommend this lovely apartment.
