The property has just been taken over and the staff are keen to make sure that everything is ok and to help you get the most out of your stay, some of the furniture looked a little dated but rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, Albert on the desk was super helpful and professional

At one time I would think this Hotel was spot on. It appeared to be lacking in small things. No draft beers, no atmosphere. We asked for a twin room, the only one available was on the 3rd floor, no lift, we are disabled and would not manage to cart luggage up 3 floors, ALBERT was VERY helpful, he arranged for a ground floor room to be available. The room had the largest bed we had ever seen, great, the room had all you needed for a short stay except storage only one bed side cabinet, small wardrobe otherwise clean and tidy. The menu was rather limited but good quality. A lounge area to sit and chat with other folks would have been nice. It would appear that some renovation was on going. Basically needs more work and to develop an identity.

Great value for money!
I was greeted by Alberto at Reception, a very friendly helpful young man. My room was modern and spacious and had air conditioning. The bathroom was also modern and had a lovely hot shower. I ate in the bar in the evening and there was a great choice of vegetarian meals. I had breakfast the next morning and did not see many veggie options for the cooked breakfasts, but to be fair I did not ask about them as I had the continental breakfast. A very pleasant stay and great value for money.

The young lad on reception and the lady were absolutely fantastic. The gentleman went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. He was extremely friendly and helpful. A true credit to the hotel industry. The bed was comfy and we had hot water, tea/coffee, a smart tv, hot shower and toiletries. Thank you

The welcome was pleasant although the person was a little difficult to understand as were any members of staff I encountered. The booking in was thus protracted. The room when I entered was clean tidy and the bed comfortable, house keeping attended daily. The TV for the less technically inclined will prove a challenge. Whilst it is understood that the premises has only just been taken over and is in the throes of a complete restoration the facilities Where available need to be addressed. The menu in the dining area is to say the least minimal although the prices are reasonable. The offerings are in the main limited in variety. Beware if you are staying for more than one night as you will have to get your room card re set every evening. The price at this point in time with regard to the above comments is a little over priced.

Average stay
Stayed for 1 night, as a family, for a wedding in Warwick, got an uber to the Saxon mill which was £10 each way so that wasn't too bad. On arrival at the hotel it was obvious that building work was going on by the appearance of the outside, whilst we were there there was no noise or signs of builders. Entered reception, there was no staff about and after a while we had to go and find someone, whom didnt really seem to know what she was doing. We'd booked an executive room for 3 people, which was quite small and there was only 1 bed ready so we had to go back to reception to get an extra bed brought in. Beds were comfy though, but only had 1 pillow each. The bar area was okay, although drinks prices were quite expensive, it could have done with some comfy sofas in there though instead of hard chairs and tabes. Also some outside furniture to sit outside in the sun. Breakfast price was 6.99 for a continental, this consisted of cereal, toast, croissants, yogurt and fruit ,with tea or coffee. Or you could have a cooked breakfast for 12.99 each. Staff were very few , only saw 3 staff who ran the bar, reception and restaurant. The young guy was chatty and friendly. All in all it was average ,dont know if I would stay again though.

A shambles
Hotel had images on that it was a Ramada (and still use all of their stationary, phones etc). It isn’t. No one mentioned it was a building site with half the hotel under construction, so loads of dust, great for asthmatics. Kitchen is semi closed so all food has to be ordered the day before and it was disastrously bad (breakfast got a 50% refund and cancelled the second one). Staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. WiFi doesn’t work. Fire alarm went off at 3.45am. Twice. (They blamed it on someone taking a hot shower!). Bed sheets left me with a rash. Then they couldn’t give out invoices (printer was not working), and then struggled to get me one emailed because I owed £6 (this was actually because I got £6 back off my breakfast that had already been paid for and they tried to charge me the other half again). Basically, 2 nights of absolutely shambolic behaviour by the hotel and I’m delighted it is over. Hopefully therapy will help me in the long term.

Visit to my daughter and granddaughter
Arrived at hotel found restaurants shut bars not open no cooked breakfasts no meal in the evening. The room was newly decorated but incomplete couldn't plug kettle in so removed from the coffee station and plugged in at side of bed more thought needed you can't frow new items into a room without checking things work you need to have a plug socket near your kettle The carpark was empty and most other sites had the hotel as shut yours didn't i saw 1 other guest during my two night stay I paid full rate for this experience maybe a discount for lack of amenities would of cheered me up
