Located in Lower Village Kennebunk just a few steps away from Dock Square and all it has to offer including shops, restaurants, entertainment, and boating. This house was renovated at the beginning of 2020 and features a bright kitchen with updated appliances and Quartz countertops. The bathroom has been redesigned and updated with tiled floors and designer finishes. This home is also approximately 1 mile from Gooches Beach, Mother's Beach and Middle Beach. Enjoy the outdoor patio and fire-pit! (Wood provided)

In addition, there are bath towels, as well as beach towels available to our guests. Please reach out with any questions you might have.The entire property is designated for our guests only.

Beautifully Remodeled Cottage Close to Town
This property exceeded our expectations with a beautifully remodeled layout, attractive decor, full amenities, thoughtful extras, all within a 5-minute walk to Kennebunkport. I highly recommend.
