We love staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is attentative and the location is perfect for those seeking a nice, quiet spot. The location on the Columbia River is an added bonus!

A Refreshing Stop
This is a delightful place to stay, on the island, great walking paths along the river, good breakfast, large rooms. The rooms are clean but not luxurious and slightly musty. I will stay here again as I pass through. Great deal.

Best place in Kennewick
We stay here every year during the Benton County fair. Love the location, it's quiet. Pool was really clean but cold I think they just refilled it. Usually end of August it's much warmer. Room was very clean. Check in fast and great.

Just stayed one night. They hosted a free summer band concert that was very good. Could listen to the show from the comfort of the pool. Views from the pool were awesome.

Conference in town
I was in town for a conference and thought it would be nice to stay in the water. The pictures are much better than the actual place. This is very dated place, definitely not sound proof but has some pretty views. I’m not sure I will stay again but it was not a terrible place to spend a day on the water.
