LIVING AREA

Modern furnishings and upscale decor highlight the sun-soaked living areas. Serve hors d'oeuvres in the spacious Great Room or plan daily outings at a handsome desk in the study.

KITCHEN & DINING

The impressive chef's kitchen includes extensive counter space and professional-grade appliances - including an eight-burner gas range and dual dishwashers.

Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then dine beneath vaulted ceilings at the well-lit table for 10.

BED & BATH

Occupying the entire top floor, the luxe primary suite has a king bed, cathedral ceilings, and three private balconies. The spa-like en-suite bath includes dual vanities, a water closet, a walk-in shower, and a clawfoot soaking tub.

The second suite has a king bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub.

The third suite features a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

This sprawling hillside estate is dotted with fountains, patios, and alfresco dining spaces. Stroll the manicured grounds which are home to sheep, chickens, sustainable heritage vineyards, and olive groves.

The outdoor kitchen and pizza oven in the indoor kitchen are not available for guest use.

An off-site caretaker visits the property daily to maintain the grounds, as well as seasonal vineyard workers. The detached guest house may be occupied by the owner during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
