Great place
Posted 13 Mar. 2024 on HomeAwayThis was one of 2 units rented for a group of 30-40 year olds. We enjoyed this property. The price, sleeping arrangements, and location were all great. Many reviews point out this unit could use some love - and it could, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. Beds were comfy, water in the showers was hot and the location is great to access the mountain and all communications were simple and sufficient. Thanks!

Lovely for a Ski Trip
Posted 25 Feb. 2024 on HomeAwayThis place was an 3 minute walk from the lift. The walls were thick and had a deliciously comfy couch. It had a shared fenced in backyard for our pup. Theres also a great offleash dog park a five minute drive away. The fireplace was nice after a day on the slopes.

Convenient
Posted 9 Feb. 2024 on HomeAwayOne month skiing. Close to Warm Springs lifts and Blue route bus. An easy walk to dog park. The condo has been well used.

Location, Location, Location
Posted 29 Mar. 2023 on HomeAwayCan't beat the walk to the ski lift. This is our 2nd vaca here - rented next door last year. We have a large dog so options are limited and this was perfect with our dog and 5 adults. We had a few issues with being sent the wrong entry code to get in at first - but got it figured out.

Great location.

Close to lifts
Posted 20 Nov. 2022 on HomeAwayGreat spot for skiing. You can literally walk to the lifts. Backyard is fenced for your pets. Only drawback is the place looks a little tired, i.e. could use some updating and no deck furniture.

Horrible: Avoid this property
Posted 26 Jul. 2022 on HomeAwayListing says newly updated. They might be referring to one bathroom. Very misleading. Carpet is original from when it was built. Carpet is stained. Unit was dirty, really dirty. It needed to be vacuumed. There were dead bugs in the bathrooms. Lots of dust on the windows sills.
There’s no AC in the unit. I was told to open the windows and shut the blinds during the day. The blinds on the south side are broken, seriously only half of the vertical blinds was there. Only half the windows would open.
We were told not to go on the deck as the HOA deemed it “unsafe.” And it did look unsafe. There’s plastic/tarps on the roof.
Neighboring unit can look directly into the downstairs bathroom, no window coverings for privacy.
Door locks are sketchy. You can’t actually tell if you lock the doors without testing them from the outside. Wrong keys were provided and it took almost a day to get the correct keys.
