Great hotel spoilt by lack of attention and Focus
Firstly I like this hotel . It’s good but this is now my 4th stay and the internet tv just freezes every 15 seconds or so in each room .on YouTube . The breakfast is normally very good today I ordered fried eggs that turned up black crispy and burnt round the outside with a plate full of oil . The “chef “ obviously did not care as the front of house person bringing in them out . Then I noted there were several thumbnail size pieces of shell baked into the whites . Who was cooking today Stevie wonder ? I asked for them to be changed he brought me out eggs that were liquid on top sent him back with them again 3rd time lucky . Spoke to reception about the internet tv he told me it was a known issue … then why nothing done about it ? Rooms are great spotless clean tv they could also do with a lift it’s over 3 floors .
