Able to check in early which was a plus! The room smelled, like musty/moldy. The room is updated and decorated nice. Location is second to none! Would stay here again in a different room.

Should be better disclosed that there is no parking at the property...overnight parking is $50 or more. Had difficulty opening the door with the code; took about 10 tries to get it to open. Right in the middle of Duval Street, so if you want the party scene, stay here

The Citrus Queen room was perfect! The location couldn't be anymore convenient! =) And the GEMs (Guest Experience Mgrs) were absolutely amazing!! They kept me informed before, during, and after my stay! They responded to my questions quickly regardless of the time of day. They provided valuable information that made my trip to Key West amazing!
