The staff were incredible. Two options for dining on site. Either high end or pool side with single use plates and cups. Not many vegetarian options on either menu. If they're going for eco friendly adding more veg options and less single use may help. Not sure who planned the sliding barn door for the bathrooms. No privacy. The door randomly slides open and you are not able to lock it. The top portion is open all the time even when the door is closed. TVs, zero options to buy/rent movies or hookup/ cast from your phone. No portal to login for any streaming service. We loved the pool. Staff seemed to come around about every 15 min to ask for orders. Saw friend pickles on menu on Sunday and tried to order them on Monday but sadly found out they're just a Sunday option. I'm happy I stayed here and was happy with my experiences with staff here. I will likely spend my next trip in town to be more in town the whole time. We did not go on any boat or yacht excursions. If we were this may be an option again since it seems some go out from this marina.

Everything about The Perry hotel was wonderful. Chris at the Concierge gave me the warmest greeting with a little champagne as a bonus. Amazing staff! Clean, open and airy lobby… my room was gorgeous and spacious, flooded with light. I absolutely loved my patio facing the harbor and overlooking the pool. Two great restaurants/bars to choose from. Modern yet cozy. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit to Key West. Loved it!

Nice room with balcony. Quiet area accept for the rosters but It wasn’t bad. Customer service is excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. I love that they have van that takes you downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and great service all around. Restaurants and expensive but knew that going in. Shuttle into Key West is great! Only issue (still pending at the time of writing this, 3 days after checkout) is that we were charged daily parking on our folio even though we didn’t have a car parked there. When they sent the folio, it says to follow up with questions/concerns by email and I’ve sent two emails with still no response. I’m optimistic it will be resolved, but disappointed that it’s lingered a few days and repeated follow ups. It’s soured what was otherwise a great experience.
