Kiama Breeze has the perfect north facing balcony which is overlooking a beautiful garden. What better place for a perfect and peaceful breakfast or relaxing sunset drinks. Step out from the lounge room onto the balcony where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the garden or make yourself a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. A comfortable king size bed with quality linen ensures you have a good night's sleep ready for the adventures that lie ahead. Downstairs, there is a separate laundry containing a washing machine and dryer with access to a clothesline. For your peace of mind, you can also store surfboards, wet suits or fishing gear in this lockable space.

Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please note that the garden is a shared space. Kiama Breeze is on the first floor with one flight of stairs to the unit. Please note that there is an unfenced water drain in the garden which may pose a risk for children if not supervised. Please take care.
