Welcome! You are currently looking at a Fully renovated and furnished beach house with Resort Style Heated Pool & Cabana Bar, separate guest house, and parking for 4 vehicles. The Main house has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms ( 4500+sq.ft), a seperate Guest House with Kitchenette and Bathroom, and Beds to accommodate 14 (not including a pull out sleeper/sofa).The beautiful resort style heated pool is 28x14 and has an amazing sundeck within the pool and Pool side bar. The pool is Perfect for families needing a little break from the beach! The Kitchen has Wolf Appliances, a Sub Zero Refrigerator and is stocked for family that loves to cook. We do provide an Ice Maker, Keurig (Single Cup and Pot), Air fryer, Vitamix Blender, Belgium Waffle Maker, and all the other needs to make you comfortable! Some other key points the house offers is Parking for 6 vehicles, a Ping Pong Table by the pool, beach carts to attach to your bike or to walk with, great refrigerator/freezer storage, Fiber wifi, and tv's in almost every room! The Hideaway is located in great area of Kiawah Island, you are a 2 minute bike ride or 8 minute walk to the beach, biking distance to The Sanctuary Hotel and The Nest/Night Heron Park.

Beautiful home in great location.

We had a great time as a family at the pool and beach. The number of bedrooms was perfect for our group. For what we paid, I would expect a much cleaner house than what we rented. We turned over cushions where we could and swept some of the outside areas as we first checked in. Don't look under the cushions in the living room, obviously the cleaning people don't....

Great house wonderful pool was a little disappointed at this price point beds were entirely uncomfortable and pool maintenance was non existent heavy sand in pool on check in and never saw pool maintenance the week stay. I ended up using their equipment to vacuum pool myself twice during the week. Would like to have seen an introductory book about the house as is so common in Kiawah telling you what days are trash pick up and the typical details of the property. Great house beds horrible for comfort and clean your own pool besides that canā€™t beat Kiawah

Great kiawah beach/vacation house
The house and experience was great. Thanks Jeff! Clean and spacious house with awesome pool and short walk to the beach. Lots of places to entertain and hangout. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment and other amenities to make everything easy. The whole house is modern/updated, including the guest house which has its own bed/shower and kitchen too. We had a friends group and little kids and would definitely stay again and are looking to return with just family/grandparents.

Wedding Weekend
We rented this property to house our family while in town for a relative's wedding. This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities for a large family gathering. The BONUS for us was the pool which the kids enjoyed immensely. The host also provided a wagon and cooler for trips to the beach. All in all we very much enjoyed our time here.

Great house with everything we needed!
Unfortunately, we had bad weather on our stay. I only say that to note that with 11 (5 teens and parents) of us inside all day for most of 3 days we had plenty of space to enjoy and not be in each otherā€™s way. The house was perfectly equipped and very nice! We will definitely be renting from Jeff again!

Luxury Renovation on Charming Kiawah Home
The owners spared no expense in renovating this gem of a property. The chef's kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including top-of-the-line appliances (Sub-Zero and Wolf) and a large outdoor grill. The bedrooms were all in great shape with their own bathrooms, which is very convenient for a large group. The pool was renovated with luxury tile and can be heated with advance notice. I also love the location in the middle of the island, so you're never too far from any of the amenities or golf courses. Highly recommend this property to a family or large group.
