The next phase of the Windswept I Revitalization Project will be the replacement of the lattice, storage cages, and the additional of accessibility ramps at Oceanfront Buildings 3 and 4 (Villas 4408 through 4465). The work at these two buildings is scheduled to begin October 1st and will be complete by mid-February.

Schedule:
OF3 (4408-4436) - Start of demolition planned for October 1st, planned to be complete by the end of December
OF4 (4437-4465) - Start of demolition planned for December 1st, planned to be complete by mid-February
Important Notes:
Generally the construction activity will be on the exteriors of the buildings, mostly at ground level. The villas may remain occupied, with the understanding that this project may cause disruptions and inconveniences to guests.

During the project, there will be loud noise as the existing building components are demolished and the new items are constructed. There will be many trucks and workers of various trades. There will be dumpsters, porta-potties, materials, and storage containers in the parking spaces; therefore parking may be modified.
Following Kiawah regulations, work is permitted weekdays from 7am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. No work will be performed on Sundays or Kiawah-selected holidays. Conditions during workdays will be busy, noisy, and active.

Owners and Guests can expect courtesy from the workers, and the workers should likewise expect courtesy from Owners and Guests.
