Super convenient stay
I rented Ursula’s place to visit my aging mother. Ursula was great, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Staying at her place made a difficult trip so much easier. I highly recommend this charming apartment.

Die Ausstattung der Möblierung der Wohnung ist optimal, jedoch fehlten uns in der Küche der Geschirrspüler und die Mikrowelle. Der Toaster war unsauber und die "Brötchen-Halterung" arbeitete nicht. Im Bad fehlte uns 1 rutschfeste Matte oder 1 Haltestange in der Dusche. Trotzdem würden wir bei Bedarf die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sicher ist das eine oder andere zu machen. Uns hat alles andere überzeugt!!! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt

Leider läßt die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Unterkunft zu wünschen übrig. Staub an vielen Stellen. Das schlimmste ist allerdings der Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Es riecht muffig / feucht. Öffnet man die Schränke (Flur + Küche) riecht es .Selbst auf dem Balkon riecht es. Allerdings sind die Betten super. Ansonsten hat man einen schönen Blick vom Balkon und die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

Der Aufenthalt war durchweg gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was zu beanstanden wäre, daß es auf Grund einer technischen Umstellung kein Internet gab. Da wir aber nur 3 Nächte dort waren, kein Problem. Der Service mit Schlüsselübergabe usw war hervorragend.

Alles war super, so wie angegeben und empfehlenswert. Besonders die Kommunikation ist angenehm. Hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick auf die Förde und den Segelhafen. Für ältere Feriengäste ist der Aufzug ideal.

Komfortable Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Wir wurden bereits am Bahnhof in Kiel von der außerordentlich freundlichen Vermieterin empfangen und zur Wohnung gebracht. Dort erhielten wir zwei Schlüssel und sie zeigte und erklärte uns alles. So war der Check-in besonders unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird. Ein großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, ein Cerankochfeld mit 4 Platten, ein kleiner Backofen sowie Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Padmaschine und ein Toaster sind vorhanden. Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sind ausreichend vorhanden, Vom Balkon wie auch vom Badezimmer aus sieht man auf das Meer und den Hafen - traumhaft. Schilksee hat einen eigenen Strand mit feinstem Sand, sehr geeignet zum Baden wie auch für Strandspaziergänge. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, und zur Fähre (in der Sommerzeit 3x täglich eine Verbindung nach Laboe und Kiel) ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Ein Einkaufsmarkt mit frischen Brötchen, Lebensmitteln und Haushaltsbedarf gibt es direkt nebenan im Fliegenden Holländer. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Details
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Es war sehr sauber und ein toller Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein aber man kann auf ein Einzelbett im Wohnzimmer ausweichen. Gutes Bad - top ausgestattet. Man braucht ca 5-10 min zum Strand. Als Tipp: Das WLAN ging nicht (wir hätten anrufen können, aber brauchten es nicht). Und das Einzelbett ist durchgelegen und quietscht . Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber ❤️

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf das Meer kaum zu übertreffen. Die Schlüssel Übergabe war wirklich einfach und in der Wohnung ist alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden was man braucht. Klare Weiter Empfehlung

Ideal für 2 Personen. Kiel ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, aber Busanbindung sehr gut. Ab Mai gibt es auch eine Schiffsvervindung. Für Sommerurlaub Strand in der Nähe, auch Restaurants.
