Includes central A/C in all rooms of the condo, remodeled master shower, full kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking and serving, full-sized washer & dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, water toys, boogie boards, towels, cooler, NO Snorkel gear due to Covid 19), high-speed WiFi, Premuim cable on 47" & 32" TVs, bedroom ceiling fans, plus floor fan. Overall, everything was as promised on the listing. I was a little confused with the check in process but was able to communicate with the manager with no issues. They replied with the information needed right away. The only thing that was a shame is that the coffee machine is a little old and doesn’t make great coffee. There was also no tea kettle.

Family with kiddos under the age of 8 was rough during meal time as the chairs around the island was a bit high for them. All and all we managed and had a great time. The pool was nearby and so was the beach. Condo had pretty much supplied all our needs. Mahalo until next time!

Very impressive communication from start to finish! All the things we needed were already there and it was very clean! The complex is quiet and friendly. Lots of shops, groceries, restaurants, etc very close by with a short walk and the beach entrance was just a very, very short walk away. The beach was beautiful, sandy, and not at all jam packed, lots of space. We were approached by turtles in the water no less than 6 times while in the water! Amazing! It was our first Hawai’i trip and our first VRBO, the bar is at the highest possible level after this trip! We will stay here again and again to build more memories!

This space was wonderful for my family for our 8 day stay. Right across the street from the beach and next door to the Kihei Cafe! The beach gear was a great addition! Only thing was the squeeky bed. Made it hard to sleep as when you roll over it makes a bunch of noise. But other than that this place was fantastic

Forget Disney HERE IS THE MAGIC
I actually was not going to comment for I was trying to keep this place secret 😂This was our first VRBO experience. It was myself, my husband, my six-year-old son and my eight-year-old daughter. WE ARE COMING BACK!! This condo was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! So many extras (beach bags, aloe gel, ice trays) A binder with very helpful information about the area. Who needs google! This family vacation made each each one of us smile. Hawaii is great, but the location and this condos amenities was perfect for us. Thank you for taking the time to making this Vrbo a home. The location is a short distance from all things wonderful!! See you soon!

The condo was appropriately decorated in a beach theme. The public beach access was across the street and down a block from this condo. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. Pros: responsive owner, great location, well stocked with beach items, AC, very clean, walking distance to beach, park and restaurants. The owner has thoughtfully provided many of the items that we would have otherwise had to run out and buy such as, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, tissues, beach towels etc. Cons: hot tub is under construction, large construction project right next door. Very loud during the day which was fine because we were mostly out during the day. Quiet and peaceful in the evening. Overall, excellent place to have as your home base for a Maui vacation.

Wonderful stay!
We love all the little touches that make this place feel like home. Thank you for having the abundance of after sun lotion, and shampoo to start us off. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards… great place within walking distance to Kam 1 Beach and the ABC store.

My husband and I stayed for only one night with my sister and her husband. However, this place is extremely well equipped for longer stays with anything you could possibly need for meal prep, beach excursions and indoor activities for a rainy day. It is in a great location and is very easy to get to with an assigned parking spot. Close to shops and restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend for couples or families.
