Enjoyed our stay. Stay was great. Easy walk to City Centre A little noisy in the morning as our room was on the parking lot side buses started to load at 7:30 No AC however windows opened very wide, and a fan was provided.

We stayed for a wedding and.returned to our room late. We were woken with shouting and loud music at 3am whixh continued for over an hour. I rang reception and complained - security knocked at their door and they went silent for about 5 minutes and then it continued again!

This was our favorite stay on pur 17 day long honeymoon. We wished we could stay longer. The hotel waa affordable and made us feel like royalty. The restaurant and bar attached was an added bonus! Also loved the spa pool!

Location is great, easy walk to town and just far enough away for a good nights sleep. Breakfast is amazing and rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was awesome and regularly saw them going above and beyond in their service.

Great room, excellent location for driving the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. There is a gas station/convenience store next door and across the street plus it's an easy walk to the city center. My only complaint was that someone in the room next door was smoking and the smell got into the bathroom in my room. Very unpleasant.

We ordered breakfast in our room each morning.The day we were checking out we had ordered breakfast the night before and it didnt show up. Nice hotel located within walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shopping. We did not sleep well as the room was warm, street was noisy and the fire alarm went off. There was no fire and good to know the alarm works but we don’t know why it went off. The night staff did not mention it to day staff, who learned of it from guests. Still a nice hotel and convenient location. Breakfast was very good too.
