Check in staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Duty manager on Saturday morning was very polite ,friendly, efficient and she was very helpful with my complaints. The spa room I was allocated the first day I arrived was near the kitchen exhaust fans, very noisy, was like that most of the day, the window wouldn't close and ceiling fan was dusty. The lovely duty manager was very helpful , upgraded my room which was absolutely perfect !! I could not fault this suite.

Have stayed here a few times and it is great place, some rooms though have a shower in the bath, which I find a bit of a risk with slipping, this time around I knocked my shin on the protruding bath faucet and bruised it. My fault today for getting the check out time wrong and was charged a fee when I checked out at 11am.

Great hotel however there are no dining facilities within walking distance other than what the hotel offers. We were a little disappointed that they charge $10 a night for undercover parking, we understand it’s only $10 however the price of the room for two nights they could have easily included free undercover parking.

Mirror to open bathroom to room was weird but did make it feel more spacious and totally workable. Overall was great. We did the salt theray and hot springs. Very much recommended both.
