Has everything you need!
Views are beautiful. Has a bathroom with each bedroom which worked great for us. Pool fun for the kids. Close drive into Branson for shopping and shows. Only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars was that the dresser tops in bedrooms werent dusted.

Beautiful Home with suggestions
Our party had 10 adults, 10 children/babies staying for 9 days. We are a family of chefs and cooked our meals at home. The kitchen is well supplied- in quantity and variety of dishes/cookware/tools. There was 2 of everything in the kitchen EXCEPT just one dishwasher so we struggled with a backup pile of dishes after meals.
The floor plan for these units need to be uploaded to avoid the family drama we had the first day rearranging who was unpacked where. This is what I recall: Top floor 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with showers, 1 half bath. Main/middle floor 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with bath, 1 half bath, 1 washer/dryer. Bottom floor 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers) and 1 washer/dryer. Most bathrooms are single vanity.
We valued the multiple child locks on the doors leading to the deck and pool/jacuzzi, the high chair, and baby gates. Plenty of seating at the table and living areas! Very comfortable soft beds, thick firm pillows. The home was very clean, except the floors could use a mopping because our bare feet were black at the end of the day. I recommend bringing white noise/earplugs for light sleepers as sound travels from the common areas into the bedrooms easily. The view is outstanding. The amenities in the house and around the neighborhood are top notch. There are 5 parking spaces assigned to the house and we borrowed one from an adjacent house.
All in all, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful property with so much to do!
This was the perfect property for our gathering of several households.
The views from the back of the house are amazing! We loved having our own private hot tub and indoor pool. Although, this property is just across the street from the community outdoor and indoor pools. We also had several who enjoyed playing Golden Tee at the community arcade.
The bedrooms were all quiet and well spread out. So, little ones could take naps without being bothered by others.
The kitchen had all the gadgets/tools we needed and lots more. In addition to lots of empty cabinet space where we could store the food we brought.
We would gladly stay here again next time we're in the area.

Amazing!!
This house was absolutely perfect in every way! My husband and I plan a vacation every summer with our three children and their spouses and our nine grandchildren from 18 months to 13 years old. We are blessed to be able to spend this time with our family! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation house. Everything you could even imagine was provided. The kitchen was stocked with enough kitchenware to feed an army. The game rooms and pool were loved by our kiddos big and small. And the resort pools were awesome as well! Adam was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. You won’t regret staying in this beautiful vacation home!! It has it all!

Absolutely incredible home!
If you travel to Table Rock Lake/Branson area there is no better view than from this home. Indoor pool, hot tub, amazing owner, two game rooms and best stocked VRBO kitchen we have ever stayed at. High end furnishings and decorations throughout. Grab a group of friends and enjoy the Ozarks with this beautiful location!

Beautiful house
This is a beautiful house with so many fun things to do. We didn’t leave the entire time, we’re not bored at all, and we’re sad to leave. The game rooms were great, the theater room was a fun addition, and the pool and hot tub are really cool to have in the house. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the easy fire pit on the deck. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out. The only thing that was difficult is that the futons are listed as being able to have two people sleep on them. They are not big enough for two adults. It would be fine if you plan for two kids on those, but not adults. Our sleeping arrangements were tight. Overall, it was a great experience and we would love to return sometime.

Amazing Spring Break
We stayed here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for large groups. Plenty of things for the kids to do and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large group and some good times in the Branson area.
