Beautiful Potomac river front home in the heart of Virginia. The house has a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy a secluded getaway with a hot tub, kayak, paddle board, fire pit, and telescope. 15 minutes to Fairview beach, 15 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg, and less than one hour to Washington DC. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the river, stars, bald eagles, river wildlife, and the best sunsets on the east coast.

Beautiful views, nice hot tub.
We enjoyed our stay at the property which has beautiful views, just as advertised. A few small challenges emerged: the property does not appear to have wifi, the kitchen lacks things as basic as a whisk or measuring cups, the pillows on the bed were so unusually firm that after the first night we went out to buy a pillow. Communication with the owner was very prompt prior to our arrival but once we were at the property, messages went unanswered. The hot tub was a favorite but it lacks privacy and the cover is attached in such a way that when you open it, the cover can only be moved to the riverside where it blocks your view.

Nice place, cool gadgets
Nice updated small house, great location on the water. Great bird watching...saw many bluebirds and eagles in addition to many water birds. Hot tub was great. Note that road to house is gravel and hilly...not good if you have a low clearance car such as a corvette. Our sedan handled it no problem.
