While the rooms seemed clean, our experience was that the smell was a thin veneer of clean smell to cover up the sloppy cleaning job I. The rooms. Our toilet had yellow-brown urine/??? droplets in the bowl itself and on the underside of the toilet seat. The room as it was advertised was for a king bed and a twin, but actual room was a king plus a sleeper sofa. There were no sheets or blanket for the sleeper sofa in the room (despite a large plastic bag in the closet containing 2 pillows) but the front desk did provide us with sheets and blanket when we went down to ask at 10pm. Apparently guests could not use the pool and hot tub, for circumstances that were undisclosed to us (despite no mention of this on the website). The gate was secured closed by screws. But both were visibly working and looked clean and in good working order. Breakfast… well… these low budget breakfasts are rarely anything to write home about, but this one was on the very low end. Honestly, it seems like the hotel has trouble with staffing (house cleaners and pool maintaine, …) so they’re just going cheap and trying to get away with it. Look around. There has to be better options than this

Apparently someone cut the cable TV feed for the building so we had no TV and the continental breakfast was terrible. We stayed for 2 days and then booked another hotel elsewhere.

we reserved a 2 bed room, when we arrived we were given a one bed and told there are no others available. No extra pillows or blankets were provided for the sofa. Breakfast fast served until 9, but in reality they stop at 8:15ish.

I booked a room through Expedia last night, five minutes before arriving at the hotel and when i got there, i was told that they did not have any available room. The hotel canceled my reservation and did not take the call from Expedia or call them back to approved their cancelation for a refund, instead, they gave me a document implying that the room was available and i canceled the reservation. I spend the night in my car freezing cold. There is no communication between Expedia and the hotel and they are double booking. :( I reached out to Expedia and hope they issue a refund. I will let you know how Expedia and the hotel handle this matter.

Hotel was clean and nice but only had 1 person working - front desk, answer phones, etc. Line was extremely long to check in. Called housekeeping to get bedding for pull out and the lady at front desk answered that as well. We never got the bedding after waiting 2 hours. Also, breakfast was very lacking.

Close to a Safeway with a Starbucks if you don't like their in house coffee. Overall, hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, amenities and house keeping staff. Front desk, meh. Tried to purchase snacks and I was told I had to charge them to my room (I've travelled enough to know this is NOT true) and turns out it was because the woman working the desk didn't know how to charge it another way. There was also an incident with another front desk worker (who checked me in) and a door? The "working GM" had to show up to have someone come and open the door; the woman was not happy and very much gave off she was both not a great manager and hated her job as she apologized for the girl behind the front desk who was ALREADY apologetic about the "chaos". It was anything but that and she was clearly being treated in a way where she felt she had to profusely apologize for an accident.
