Welcome to The Beaver Lodge! This spacious home offers tree-filtered views of Lake Tahoe and is within walking distance of dining. A nearby network of trails is ideal for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. Northstar and Diamond Peak are an easy drive from your rental. Dine alfresco on the large deck, then play pool or darts in the game room. Home highlights include cozy mountain decor, hand-scraped hickory flooring, new sinks and fixtures throughout, and slab granite counters. In the evening, take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub or enjoy the warm ambience of the pellet stove while watching a movie.

The living room features dramatic open-beam ceilings, a 51-inch plasma HDTV with Blu-ray and surround sound, and a pellet stove. A movie library is available for your enjoyment. Play a lively round of pool or darts in the game room. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight.

This home includes three bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The large deck offers filtered views of the lake. Finish the day with a soak in the hot tub under the stars. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. A tankless water heater ensures unlimited hot water. Pellets are provided for the pellet stove.

Walk just a half mile from your rental to a trail network at the end of the street to enjoy mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Head to Kings Beach State Recreation Area for swimming and sunbathing on the sand. Hit the links lakeside at the historic Old Brockway Golf Course. A variety of dining options along North Lake Boulevard are within walking distance. For epic skiing, visit Northstar (eight miles) and Diamond Peak (seven-and-a-half miles).

THINGS TO KNOW
Access to this two-story home is via a wooden walkway that includes 10 steps from the driveway to the front door.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The outdoor furniture at the property may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
This home does not have air conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
