This luxurious 4-bedroom new-construction home has everything your group needs for a relaxing Lake Tahoe vacation. The home features a spacious open-format main living area, a second living room, two gas fireplaces, high ceilings, and stylish modern details. You will love the gorgeous lake views the soaring windows and large outdoor deck provides! Conveniently located between the town of Kings Beach and Northstar ski resort, you are in the best location for year-round fun.
The Space:
This newly constructed 4-bedroom home has everything for your large group to be comfortable, including amenities for the little ones in your group, with a high chair and pack n’play available. With two living rooms, a spacious kitchen, private and quiet bedrooms, two decks, and a private balcony, your group can spread out and relax comfortably.
As you enter the home, you will be greeted by the open-concept main living area with views out the deck over the lake and mountains. This light-filled space is the perfect dynamic area to connect with your group. Head into the living room and admire the views out of the soaring windows as you warm up by the beautiful gas fireplace. Or grab some blankets and curl up on one of the two leather couches while you watch a favorite show or movie on the 65” TV. From the living room, you can step outside the patio doors to the large deck, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. On the deck, you will find a BBQ and a patio table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meals al fresco. With trees surrounding you from all directions, stepping out onto the deck will make you feel as if you are tucked away from it all!
Back inside, you will find the connected kitchen and dining area adjacent to the living room. The fully stocked and spacious kitchen features hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and everything you need to cook a delicious meal for everyone. Keep the chef in your group company and hang out in the kitchen bar, where you will find seating for four. Or gather as a group to enjoy a meal in the dining area, where you will find a large dining table with seating for 8.
When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms on the upper level, just down the hallway from the main living/dining area. The master bedroom is a spacious bedroom with a small lake view and luxurious amenities. Sleep well on the comfortable king-size bed, from which you can enjoy the warmth of the two-sided gas fireplace. The bedroom features a walk-in closet, matching nightstands with lamps, and a large en suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a large double-sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub, from which the two-sided gas fireplace can be enjoyed! This room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The second upstairs bedroom is a cozy room flooded with natural light. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a private balcony that offers a nice place for a cup of coffee or some quiet time in the evenings. Rounding out the upstairs area is a half bathroom, which is located next to the second bedroom and features a spacious single-sink vanity with ample storage space for personal items.
On the lower level of the home, you will find the additional two bedrooms, a bathroom, a second living room, and access to the exterior deck. Just off the stairs, you will arrive at the lower level living room, which makes for a great game area or quiet hang-out spot. This space features a large couch, a reading chair and ottoman, and an entertainment console with a 50” TV. Enjoy a movie night in this space, or have a game night and play some of the games located on the bookshelf in this room. During the summer months, take the fun outside to the lower level deck, which can be accessed via the living room. This dynamic area provides extra room for your group to spread out and enjoy the home!
Off of the lower level living room, you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting spaces complete with a dresser, nightstands and lamps, and spacious closets. Located between the two bedrooms is a large bathroom that includes a spacious double-sink vanity with ample cabinet space, and a shower/bathtub combo.
Guests will also have access to a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as the oversized two-car garage that has plenty of space to store vehicles as well as all of your winter and summer gear.

The Neighborhood:
Whether you are in Tahoe for the beaches or the ski resorts, this home places you nearby it all! Conveniently located between the town of Kings Beach and Northstar ski resort, you are in the best location for year-round fun. In the winter months, you are less than 15 minutes away from the slopes at Northstar Resort, where you will find great ski terrain for all ability levels. Northstar is a great family-friendly option as well, with an ice skating rink and movie theater to keep everyone in your group busy and entertained. In the summer months, Northstar becomes a hiker's paradise with tons of trails for all levels to explore, and a world-class mountain biking facility. For more hiking options, you are also only a 5-minute drive to one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. On those days you are after a little more relaxation, you are only 5 short minutes from the town of Kings Beach where you can find white sand beaches with every watercraft rental imaginable, supermarkets, boutique shopping, spas, yoga, and a wide variety of restaurants. Be sure to check the Kings Beach community calendar during your stay for the free summer outdoor concert series and farmer’s market schedule. If you are looking for concert venues and casinos, you are only 7 minutes from the Nevada state line, where you can find a few different casinos. This quiet getaway truly is nearby all the best Tahoe has to offer, there is something close by for everybody in your group!
Getting Around:
The home is within a 5-minute walk to the nearest public transportation stop located at Hwy 267 and Lincoln Green, which runs every hour. Or make the short drive down to King's Beach where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With both HWY 28 and 267 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City. Northstar California Resort is just a 12-minute drive away on HWY 267, on which you can continue on to the historic mountain town of Truckee, or stop for a hike at Brockway Summit, one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Or, take a day trip into Nevada, the state line is just a 7 minutes drive away, and the town of Reno is an hour's drive from the home. Head south and be at the popular Olympic Valley within 30 minutes where you can enjoy the slopes at Palisades Tahoe ski resort. You will find Tahoe City with a less than 20-minute drive down HWY 28

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions.
If you are renting this home from April until the first snowfall, there are NO fires allowed in Lake Tahoe.
Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
